Lovingly newly renovated studio with private entrance in EF house, bathroom with shower and toilet, garden with seating, parking. In the small artist village of Verscio. (TV, WiFi included) Verscio is an ideal starting point for hikes to Valle Maggia, Onsernone and Centovalli. Climbing world in the neighboring village of Ponte Brolla. 10 minutes from Locarno (Centovalli Railway) and Ascona. 2 minutes from Verscio train station and just a few steps from the Melezza River. Bakery, Coop, post office and restaurants/Grotti in the village.

A mini-small studio that has everything you need to be happy in the smallest of spaces. If you want to spend your Ticino vacation independently and cheaply, this is the place. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

Wonderful rustic duplex, nestled in the core of Avegno, offers peace and quiet. Inside there is a small dining room corner with fireplace and pineapple and a new kitchen; going up the stairs you can access the two bedrooms, a double for a thousand and one night and a transformable single bed to a double bed and a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub. Outside there are many spaces to read or eat, a beautiful terrace with a chaise longue, a patio with a table and chairs, and a garden with armchairs.

Our stay at Erich's was just wonderful and very relaxing. Erich is an all-around great host and has created an oasis here that is unparalleled. We felt comfortable from the beginning in his cozy, beautiful and lovingly furnished apartment. Nothing was missing; the kitchen is perfectly equipped and very generous. From the apartment and the terraces you have a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. On the two seats and in the garden, there are various, cozy seating areas for reading, eating and dreaming. The house is surrounded by flowers, herb and vegetable gardens, which Erich has lovingly laid out and maintains. In summary: a place to relax and enjoy in absolute tranquility. Thanks Erich for having us! Looking forward to seeing you again.

We had a great time in Laura's apartment. Everything is clean and well equipped, even with toys for two small children and coffee / beer for mom & dad. The area is very quiet and we slept with open windows. Sometimes it had a few mosquitoes but even here Laura provided and sprays or candles are available in the property.
