Nicole’s place is a wonderful AirBnB to stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to return! Check-in and check-out was extremely easy and straightforward. Nicole was a very friendly and accommodating host, going above and beyond to accommodate during special circumstances and was quick to fix any issues! The location is in a nice neighborhood and peaceful and private, while being within 15 minutes of anything you need in Utica! The place was clean, and offered good natural lighting and a private room. It’s an ideal location for a working professional or student to stay. You won’t find a better deal and better location at the price point.

Tasha was an amazing host! She allowed us to extend our stay at the last minute and was very accommodating! Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again in the future if we’re in the neighborhood! :)

We had a great stay at Kathleen’s place. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, quiet, and well appointed. Kathleen was a great host - friendly, responsive, and always helpful. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
