Charlotte's house is a cottage that was completely refurbished at the end of 2019 respecting the percheron building with noble materials such as wood, stone, antique tiles and lime coatings. Located in one of the most beautiful villages in Parc Régional du Perche, it is the perfect place for a country stay less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances , bedding, SAUNA , wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

1 hour 15 minutes from Paris and 1 hour from the Normandy coast, Come and stay in one of the oldest houses in Conches-en-Ouche. Charming house with inner courtyard located in the hyper-center where you will find all the shops. Train station within walking distance. House completely redone in a cocooning and warm spirit.
