Family Friendly 3 Bedroom Home with Fenced Yard

Come in and relax in our spacious 3 bedroom two bath home featuring an open floor plan with the Master Bed and ensuite bath split on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms and bathroom on the other side. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and the other two bedrooms both have queen beds. Each room is equipped with a Samsung Smart TV and the home has high speed internet and Cox cable. The neighborhood is very family friendly. Be sure to listen for the ice cream truck that passes!

The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedrooms have queen size beds. Located across from the new Southside High School and about 5 minutes away from the Youngsville Sports Complex, Sugar Mill Pond, multiple Grocery Stores, Restaurants, Shops, and more.

Great place to stay, the house was very clean, with great smells throughout. Bedding was comfortable. The pool was perfect, large yard the front porch was relaxing and serene and the host was very responsive. Will definitely book this property again next time we are in the area.

This is a great option in Lafayette. It looked exactly as the photos. I am pretty particular and found it incredibly clean and tidy. I really appreciated the pack and play, booster seat and children’s cups that were available. The location is a little isolated but a short ride to anything you may need. Jeffrey was a great communicator. I would definitely stay here again.

My girlfriends and I get together periodically!! We all met in Lafayette at 17 years old, freshmen at U of L (USL) at the time!! We decided to spend our time enjoying the Festival International in Lafayette!! I found this wonderful AirBNB for our stay!! At our initial booking to the moment of our last day, Frances responded to ALL and ANY of our messages!! Her home is SUPER CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE!!! I highly recommend!! Thanks again Frances!! Amazing place to stay! We were in town for my son’s baseball tournament and it was 15 min away from the complex! We felt right at home! Clean and i love that they had toiletries for each bathroom! I did wish there was access to a broom and like cleaning spray so that we can sweep the floors since we were there for 5 days! Host was quick to respond! The beds were AMAZING! There an amazing food place that’s walk able called Corner Seafood and wings! Definitely recommend!
