We had a lovely stay, 2 steps from the cathedral. The accommodation is clean and large for 2 adults and 2 children. Recommended!

We enjoyed Nicolas's place. The place is located close to Auxerre which is convenient. For animals, there is a nice little place to walk your dog. Clean accommodations with lots of equipment and consumables. We had the pleasure of staying at Nicolas's place

Very central apartment, spacious, clean, comfortable, well furnished. New and elegant bath linen. Very courteous host, quick to respond. 1 very easy wooden staircase leads to the apartment without problems.

What we enjoyed: Cyprien's responsiveness, the calm in this neighborhood and in the apartment, its brightness, its decor and its neat layout, the great comfort of the mattress, the warm side of the parquet and everything we forget to say. We also loved the charm of this small, steep and authentic town. Small improvement possible, especially for the summer, provide cotton sheets and pillowcases.

The house is beautiful, well-decorated, very pleasant for a holiday stay and remarkably well-located at the entrance to one of the most beautiful villages in France. You can get everywhere on foot, visit the medieval city, access restaurants and shops. Butcher shops, grocery store, bakery, nothing is missing. We are in Burgundy, the cultural environment is rich, diverse, splendid. The population is welcoming, warm, there is a sweetness of life in these privileged places. We were there with our two grandchildren, the stay was a delight, a series of walks, joy of living temporarily away from the chaos of the world. We would recommend this exceptional place without hesitation.

Great little place walkable to Chablis center and to the vineyards. My dog and I had a wonderful time. She left a bottle of wine and let me check out late so I could go to the market!

We came as 3 couples with children. We had a lovely weekend in the countryside. The house is well-equipped, clean, quiet and allows you to really unwind. I would definitely recommend this house. PS: We were hosted very well by Gwendoline and her family. All the explanations were clear and we had plenty of recommendations on activities or eating out. Thank you to them for everything and their responsiveness in meeting our needs.

Very nice and bright accommodation. There are all the necessary amenities for 4 people. You are 200 m from a Leclerc center and a 15-minute walk from the center of Auxerre. You can do everything on foot once the car is back in the garage. Everything was clean and matched the photos. Fabien is very welcoming, pleasant and very responsive. We had a great time at Erhal's place. The house is very nice and there's plenty to see around including when the weather is uncertain. Erhal is a warm and very responsive host. And the teens were amazed to discover that they lived in the place where Vegedream and KeBlack had recorded their latest songs. A great stay and good memories thanks to Erhal.

Beautiful house, very spacious and really nicely done up inside. Lots of toys to entertain our kids and outside space. Highly recommend!

Fabienne's house is a haven of peace for young and old, thanks to the many activities and games that are available there. Nothing to say about the place and communication with Cédric. It was very good. A stone's throw from the beautiful village, free and easy street parking. bakery, intermarché right next door. Too bad there was no baby crib in the accommodation (but it was correctly stipulated in the listing and Cédric immediately answered us when we asked him🙏)
