Peaceful oasis! We absolutely adored our stay here. It was remote but surrounded by beautiful towns and villages to explore. The place itself was perfect for what we needed and just spending time outside in nature/farms. The pool and hot tub were exceptional. It was so quiet we felt we were fully alone and could fully switch off. There was everything you needed kitchen and bbq etc. Would love to come back.

Great stay! The hosts are very nice and welcoming. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and well equipped, exactly as described. Very good location, with several nice towns nearby for sightseeing.

We were greeted by Lucille , who spoke perfect English and Monsieur . We were shown all about the house, how to operate the jacuzzi and given excellent recommendations for the area. The booklet was invaluable particularly for village market days. The house is so attractively deco and so comfortable with everything you need to make your stay troubles free and relaxing. As we are from Australia we loved cooking outside on the BBQ. Being supplied with wraps for the jacuzzi was much appreciated as was the jacuzzi after climbing lots of steps visiting the castles. Our hosts all came to farewell us which was a lovely friendly touch. We thank you all for your lovely home and generous spirit of welcome. This is an excellent Perigord base and we strongly recommend it.

we stayed for a week in April with the three of us. We were the only guests but had a wonderfully quiet week. The house was beautiful, modern, robust with everything we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sophie and Daniel’s Cap de Rivière. We received a very warm welcome on our arrival and immediately felt at home. We had a great pool, 6 bikes, table tennis, boule, billiards and darts to keep us fully occupied. The gardens were beautiful and the outdoor spaces perfect for enjoying the long hot days. The house was striking in its decor and very well equipped with everything we needed. Sophie and Daniel were the perfect hosts and we would love to return one day.

Very beautiful quiet house with two large bedrooms. Missing some kitchen essentials (oil, salt, sugar...). Note that this accommodation is located in an agricultural environment (market gardener), possibility of presence of tractors.

This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

We had a great time at the Tilleuls' house. Cécile is very welcoming and we immediately felt at home. The house is nice with a large living room, which was nice because we were 3 couples. The garden is huge and very pretty. It's a haven of peace. It is fenced, which is nice with dogs. Several places with tables and garden furniture. Gourmet basket upon arrival. What a wonderful spot to get away! Truly beautiful views and if you like to hear the birds, this a must stay. Very quiet for sleeping. Lots of space for us to spread out in the large kitchen area and the outside covered patio. Conveniently located near Perigueux, 15 minutes to most services. Please note: There are steep stairs to the upper level and you walk through one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom to get to the third bedroom. Second bathroom on upper floor. Worked just fine for our family. Lots of lovely paths for walking. Laura and her family are lovely. Definitely recommend.

Cathy met us at the door with a detailed walk through the property. Very well equipped and comfortable - a real period cottage in the heart of Domme. Nearby parking available as low season. Such welcoming hosts.

Very good stay, the garden is beautiful and peaceful, the village is very cute 20 minutes from the Dordogne Valley. Jean Marie and Nicole are charming and hosted us very well.

We had a great time in these beautiful treehouses in Dordogne. The location is ideal: surrounded by nature, quiet, while being close to the main tourist sites of the region. The setting is peaceful, rejuvenating, perfect for disconnecting. The cabins are very well equipped, tastefully decorated, and everything is designed to make you feel immediately at ease. A real little slice of heaven that we would recommend without hesitation. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a fantastic stay at Rigal - Jackie and Chris were the perfect hosts. We were 2 couples and 2 toddlers and both us and the boys had a fantastic time on the farm - and when the weather was misbehaving on the first couple of days, the place had loads of toys to entertain the kids. Rigal is a very beautiful place and is extremely peaceful - the only noisy neighbours are the animals on the farm! It’s an easy drive from Bergerac airport and very easy to find; it’s also out the way enough to feel secluded without being inaccessible. We’ll definitely come back and will recommend to friends and family.

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful Gite. The Gite was lovely and more than met the needs of the four of us. The grounds are stunning and so peaceful. We were blessed with good weather and being able to use the pool and relax in and enjoy the grounds helped make this a perfect stay. Fabi and Steve were wonderful hosts, and gave us lots of helpful information. They responded quickly to any queries we had. We highly recommend this property and hope that we will be able to visit again sometime.
