The villa was impeccably managed, and the entire property, including the swimming pool was spotlessly clean. The caretaker, Mr. Lalan, was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect during our stay. We wanted to have a barbecue night, and they recommended a chef who not only prepared delicious tandoori items but also handled all the cleanup at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for value for money, professionalism, and top-notch cleanliness.

Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. Neat and clean rooms, Bathroom and amenities , Special thanks to care taker Renu for excellent breakfast and hospitality. Thanks for making our stay special

The bestest best place I have stayed in so far. The villa is soo pretty so beautiful and everything inside felt so peaceful and calm. the neat bedspreads, the clean washrooms, the big swimming pool, the spacious sitouts evrything is a 10/10. I should also not forget about the caretaker Mahendra bhaiya, the best caretaker, very friendly, very helpful at any time. RITUuuu your villa is the bestttt. loads of love and support to you. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. next time again when I am in goa with friends and family this would be my stay. ❤️

Great place. Staff were friendly and helpful. Attended to our requests immediately. We were served a quality breakfast. Pool was clean. Bathrooms were great. Only that the whole place needs to be maintained a bit more. Not as shiny as the photos portrayed. Would definitely suggest. Maybe for a cheaper price.

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

We LOVED staying here. The property is beautiful and the staff is some of the best in the business. They communicated with us prior to the reservation and helped make my partners birthday super memorable. They actually went the extra mile to decorate and get us a cake. There is always someone around to help and answer our questions. I have never had a stay this peaceful and stress free. The property is so beautiful and well decorated. Stay here for a vacation that will be one you will remember for ever.

We stayed at the property to spend new year with family and we had people of all ages, everyone felt like they were home. It's well spaced and has enough room. Kids and elders enjoyed the pool dips. The host and housekeepers are polite and respond immediately. It was a smooth transition from entry to exit. Thank you for hosting us. One suggestion - keeping tubes or pool noodles would be nice.

Great place and very friendly host and staff. We were 11 adults and 2 kids and we had ample space to get together, have fun. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it every day. Very helpful host who took care of our needs. Very helpful staff. The cooks made delicious food and there were lots of choices. We will visit this place again. 30mins from the beaches and centrally located.

Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a wonderful stay at this property. The place looked exactly like the photos. Sakshi and the property manager, Akhilesh, were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. Daily cleaning was provided upon request, and the service was consistently excellent. The pool was great and clean as well. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

Panav is a great host super helpful, always available and very generous! He sent us lovely breakfasts , suggested great nearby places to visit! The helpers were very good and always available making sure we had a comfortable stay. The airbnb has a lovely ambiance , cute, cozy and private! If you visit north Goa we highly recommend this airbnb!

La Luxo was a beautiful stay. Nestled in a peaceful place, the rooms were as they were described. The pool and the view from the pool are definitely the USP of the place. Sowmya was a great host and ensured that all our queries were handled appropriately. It was the perfect stay and I would recommend everyone to choose La Luxo if they want a beautiful, peaceful and serene stay with the luxury of a beautiful view and relaxing pool. We had an absolutely amazing 5-day stay at the Blujam Villa! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The interiors were tastefully done, and the villa had a very relaxing vibe, perfect for a getaway with friends. The private pool was a highlight – we ended up spending most of our time there just chilling and having fun. The location is also super convenient, close to some of the best beaches, restaurants, and nightlife spots in North Goa, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and privacy. A big shoutout to our wonderful hosts, Raghva and Skand, who truly made our stay special. They were incredibly welcoming, always available. From smooth check-in to local tips and prompt support – they were exceptional. Highly recommend Blujam Villa if you're looking for a premium and comfortable stay in Goa. Kirti's place was exactly what we needed for large group - very spacious, clean with beautiful surroudings and nice views from top floors, overlooking Mondavi River. Kirti was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions upfront. We mainly wanted to visit the Panjim and do some spiritual tourism, visiting multiple temples nearby and found perfect place in the middle. Kids loved the propery. Good privacy and space for everyone as it has multiple floors and bedrooms. Would recommend the property for anyone travelling in large group.
