The Cottage @MP is as close to perfection as you can get. Beautiful, cozy home in a private neighborhood. The home itself is gorgeous, spacious, clean, and inviting. There are helpful instructions everywhere that takes the guess work out of finding your way around the home. Carissa was a wonderful responsive host and made our trip a breeze. Could not recommend enough.

This place truly felt like we were in Sedona. A lot of other airbnbs we looked at were renovated to look modern & I feel like that takes you away from the experience. Linda’s airbnb had a rustic charm that felt so cozy & warm to come back to after a long day. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The bed was massive & SO COMFORTABLE. The skylights were wonderful & the hot tub was the cherry on top. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard which made our lives much easier. The airbnb is minutes from trails & tourist attractions. Highly recommend. Linda is so sweet & an excellent communicator!

This cottage is at the perfect location walkable to cute coffee shops and the downtown area. The views from the front porch are peaceful. Inside is very clean with a super comfortable bed. The hot tub was the cherry on top. We will definitely be back!

I was looking for a peaceful place with a hot tub to relax on a long roadtrip, and this cabin did not disappoint! I LOVED the backyard. It’s obviously built to accommodate a handful of people but I booked it as a solo traveler and it was a perfect little paradise. Very cozy, very cute, very relaxing. I will likely stay here again when passing through.

It was a great, quiet place to get away! Wendy was very helpful and even upgraded us free of charge. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for something private and peaceful.

Great relaxing and fun place to stay. Clean and full of things to do… games, books, huge tv and c-box video games, nice places to sit outside and ping pong, grills, etc. But the spa/hot tub wasn’t there! 😢 it was in the description and in the photos, but it didn’t exist. Too bad, I was really looking forward to that! Very helpful host and property manager who responded within minutes to help with the sound bar on the tv. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a lovely stay at WillowPoint Creek Casita . The setting was peaceful and scenic, with easy access to trails, town, and nature. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, grill, and the pool—even though it was too cold to swim. The dirt road leading into the property, including a couple of creek crossings, made getting there feel like a fun little adventure. The house was well-equipped with all the kitchen essentials, and the hosts were responsive and welcoming, even providing a helpful local guide. We loved the quiet nights, clear skies, and the chance to truly unwind. Do be prepared for spotty cell service and slow internet—but honestly, that was part of the charm. It gave us a chance to disconnect and be reminded of the pace of everyday life. The only downsides were that the house could use a deeper clean, and the front gate was broken during our stay, which gave us some safety concerns. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a getaway!

Cute place close to the river. Washington Park is a 5 minute drive and really pretty hiking spot. The meadery down the road was fun too. Closest restaurants are a 25-30 minute drive.

We had a fantastic stay at Brian’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that made the stay extra enjoyable. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout. The location was perfect—close enough to the busy spots in town for shopping and groceries yet very quiet and relaxing. I especially loved the view from the balcony 😍. All the trails we decided to hike were close by too! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting the area. Lindy’s place was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice fenced area for my small dog. Bed was comfortable and linens were nice. I will definitely be back.

Hans’ cottage was perfect for our long weekend for a baseball tournament in Prescott. Just as described, the cottage had plenty of room for our family and was SPOTLESS. The kitchen was well stocked and the convenience of the washer and dryer was a big help cleaning our son’s uniform between games. We ended up with a very late start on our last day and Hans worked with us to extend our checkout time. The cottage was a short drive to downtown Prescott and close to grocery stores. It was super convenient to Pioneer Park where the tournament was held. It was great to be able to bring our Pug along for the trip and Hans’ place was perfect for her.

Mile’s spot is certainly clean and exactly like the photos! As others have mentioned it’s located in a somewhat up and coming neighborhood but very close to downtown and easy to travel to and from.

This place exceeded my expectations! Centrally located in Prescott's downtown area, and walkable to anywhere you want to go! It was adorably decorated, very comfortable, and had a cute little patio for us to hang out with our dog. Definitely worth every penny. We will be back!

We had an amazing time at this private, beautiful cabin! Our small family loved the peaceful, quiet surroundings. Lauren was exceptionally welcoming and willing to go out of her way to accommodate us, even sending extra pictures and offering extra ammenities to make us comfortable. Our son loved the visit with the pigs! Hopefully be back soon!

This was our second stay with Pam and we just love coming here. We always feel so comfortable here in Pam's place. The kitchen is large and well stocked with a nice island counter where we eat most meals. The Master Bed is very comfortable and we liked it so much we ordered one for ourselves at home. The master ensuite shower has tons of hot water and Pam always has a large quantity of excellent quality towels and linens. We enjoyed our mornings on the back covered patio where we had our coffee along with visits from Pam's friendly girls "Lily and Little Bit". In the afternoons, the front porch is a lovely spot to enjoy the setting sun. Pam is an amazing host who will jump through hoops to ensure you're happy and have everything you need. We've become quite close with Pam and will miss her dearly until we come back next year for a visit.

This was my first time staying in an Airbnb. I loved everything about it. Very clean and it had everything I needed. After eating out for a couple of days, it was good to eat home cooked meal. Thank you, Marilyn.

Cathy's: The Lodge was PERFECT and had everything we needed. It is very clean and well equipped. The western decor fits. The location is ideal, and the view from the back porch of the sanctuary and surrounding area is beautiful. Host Carrie is very responsive and gave us a great tour of the sanctuary. There are also many brochures available with information for the surrounding area and attractions. Definitely coming back! Linda's: Highly recommend staying at The Lodge at Healing River Ranch. I enjoyed every minute of a four day three night stay. The accommodations were fabulous, the sanctuary itself is wonderfully ran, and the animals are beyond loved. It’s a place where you can see that love and caring are still the main priorities. Spending any time there will rejuvenate your heart and soul. We will definitely be going back, have already booked the next trip!

I have to say out of all the Airbnb that I’ve stayed. Dragonfly Casita that Mary Anne hosts has to be the best so far. Great availability at all times with communication, helpful and knowledgeable. Close to shopping, restaurants and access to Brewer trail very close by. This was a spontaneous trip for myself and found myself immersed in everything that Sedona has to offer - hiking, biking and the outstanding scenery. Dragonfly Casita will be one I visit again, as well as letting friends and family know about Mary Anne and her wonderful place.

Denise’s home was so quiet and comfy. It’s a charming little bungalow yet beautifully remodeled with all the modern amenities. I loved sitting on the back porch in the morning with my coffee, watching the birds and checking out the Mountain View. The location is great central to lots of sights: Jerome and old town Cottonwood are just a few minutes away and Sedona is an easy drive too. Bed was very comfortable with super soft sheets. I’d love to stay again when I’m in the area.

Wonderful place. Perfect size for 2. Very up to date and nicely furnished with all the amenities we needed during our stay. The hosts were great. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

Quite the cozy stay within walking distance to town square & plenty of food. Cute lodging with plenty of amenities, definitely a thoughtful host with supplies- soaps, a few detergent pods (laundry in unit), trash bags to replace the ones in the can, etc. Great space for visiting with loved ones or friends while in town, very spacious place for just 2 bd/ 1 ba. We were comfortable (great AC unit!) both awake and sleeping, the beds and couches were extra comfy. Located in a cute neighborhood and a quick walk from the town square, and easy access to the main road, Gurley St.

The Cottage on Willow is our little haven away from home. We have stayed there so many times over the last 7 years. My daughters and granddaughters love it, and the accommodations and amenities are outstanding. There are many little touches that make the spaces so comfortable and welcoming. The location is perfect. Located in the pines, in a historical area of similar bungalows and cottages, it is a short 10 minute walk downtown to all of the restaurants, shops, outdoor spaces and events. We highly recommend The Cottage on Willow.

The Spanish Jewel is something totally different. Yet totally amazing. Super neet place. Quiet neighborhood. great view of the park and mountains. Close to a bunch of neet thrift shops. Amazing BBQ and cafe right down the street.
