In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Zia + Zio, country house with garden, private use

Zia and Zio is a former settlement house in the heart of Mecklenburg Switzerland, on the edge of a small village. 190 square meters of living space and 4000 square meters of garden are available for guests to use alone. The house has been carefully renovated and furnished with a heated old/new mix. Here you will find pure relaxation: just behind the house: a wild park with a mausoleum and the small swimming pond of the village. From here, an extensive bike and hiking trail network leads to the beautiful surroundings.

Dream vacation on the sunny island of Rügen in the luxury holiday house "Strandperle" right on the beautiful sandy beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe. Our Scandinavian house is located directly on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this holiday home is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equipped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of approx. 75 m² and is suitable for max. 4 adults & 2 children.

Our cottage was completed in 2024 and was furnished to a high standard with a lot of joy and love. It is an oasis in the middle of a magnificent landscape with panoramic views of nature. Sommersdorf is located in beautiful "Mecklenburg Switzerland" and directly on Lake Kummerow. The surrounding area invites you to various leisure activities such as walks, bike rides, swimming, paddling and much more. Tips for excursions, restaurants, cafes and shopping are gladly given by us.

The charming thatched cottage, on the Koppelstrom, has been available for your vacation since spring 2016. The location of the house is convincing with its fantastic view of Bodden and the adjacent small harbor. But the generous amenities with fireplace and sauna are also impressive. And best of all: the yurt is located in the middle of nature, with unobstructed views of fields and meadows.

If you want to spend your vacation in the countryside, you've come to the right place. On 4000 square meters you will find peace and relaxation and numerous seating options. For the little ones, a trampoline, a table tennis table, a digging box and a play tower are available. Our pets (ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and a dog) are waiting for loving caresses. Our small guest house can accommodate four sleeping units.

Our house on Lake Tollensee is a beautiful place to switch off from the noise of the city. Located directly on Lake Tollensee, which invites you to swim or stand-up paddle with its clear water. Or for beautiful bike tours about 35 km around the lake. The location between Neustrelitz and Neubrandenburg, gives many opportunities for shopping or restaurant visits.
