the apartment is great, everything is as described, it has a wonderful balcony the master bedroom, closets, bathrooms are wonderful The dining room and bedrooms are wonderful. The house has mini-split air conditioning throughout the house, so you won't be hot and you'll be comfortable. Recommendations for those traveling with a van or a family transit. As they are very high, they do not fit in the garage and it is a problem to park outside because the concessionaire and the Audi car workshop occupy the space and in front of the house and even separate the place with their orange cones with the logo Other than that, everything is excellent, more than excellent, it's wonderful Thank you so much for letting us have that experience...

The place is spacious, ideal for a family, safe, very close to restaurants, pharmacy, bank, 7-11. Comfortable beds and very well-equipped space, Angeles was very clear in her instructions and responded quickly to some questions that arose during our stay. I highly recommend this place, we would stay here again!

I had a great long stay in which I will be returning. I loved how vintage the aesthetics of furniture and place, really fitting of central Puebla, everything functioned well and I was very comfortable, plus it's very peaceful, no street or traffic noise. Paty and Miguel were really nice and friendly people, any recommendations of the city or anything I inquired about the place they were very responsive and helpful. Location is literally perfect for seeing the city and getting transport somewhere. It couldn't be anymore central. Very safe too.

A very nice place to rest and be in the family, if you can put instructions for the induction grill for the elderly, it's hard for them to understand, outside of that it is a place I would go back to.

Out of all the Airbnb’s that I have stayed at in the world, this was by far one of the best… and Franco was an excellent, super-host plus. The apartment was so well supplied with necessities and is so well situated that there was very little I needed that wasn’t within a convenient walking distance. There is nothing that I can say that would have improved my stay - everything, including Franco, was perfect. I only hope that I can stay here again when I return to the area.

Beautiful apartment! Walkable and easy to access to stores and malls near by. Apartment has everything you need for your stay. The view of the city makes it formidable. Adriana is a quick-responsive host. I had a minor issue when checking in, but she was quick and very kind. I highly recommend this place if you’re working remotely.

This is definitely the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in for a long period. The apartment itself has everything you need plus a huge balcony/terrace. All aspects of the apartment are comfortable and it doesn’t feel like someone has just thrown in their spare/old furniture (which most Airbnb’s do). The area is very quiet at night and the staff at the building are friendly. It’s easy to enter and leave the building, everything you need is in walking distance. Deb’s communication is great, super friendly and helpful person always quick to respond and willing to help. 100% recommend for short & long stays!

Excellent location, cleanliness, quiet and nice neighborhood! Very convenient parking; Walking you reach the Hermandad Mexico-Cuba Museum, pet-friendly and there are many parks nearby, you take a taxi boat and cross to downtown. Gabriel and his family are very friendly, another person recommended the best beaches, the truth is, it deserves a 100, I'm already recommending it to my friends. I came back very happy! Ruben was accessible, friendly and understanding. The AirBnb had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We struggled a little to regulate the water in the shower but the rest of the facilities were very good! An economical option for travelers with everything you need, including an Oxxo, Soriana and a pharmacy a couple of blocks away.
