Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ventura

Very pleased with my recent stay at The Channel Islands Beach Retreat. As soon as I entered the property I felt like I was in a secret garden oasis. Absolutely loved all the amenities and comfort of the home. The beds were a dream! I slept so well. I hope to stay here again in the future because I was so impressed! This was a comfortable and convenient place to stay during my visit to Ventura. The space was very clean, and the kitchen had everything I needed. Check-in was a breeze, and the host was kind and responsive throughout. I appreciated having a dedicated garage for my car. Another highlight was the surrounding yard. The owners have clearly put a lot of care into creating a peaceful outdoor sanctuary with lovely flowers and vegetable garden. I also really enjoyed evening walks through the neighborhood, admiring all the cute homes and sweet floral scents in the air. That made the stay feel especially memorable.

The house was actually a bit bigger than we expected. Decor was darling, everything g was spotless. We only used the king bed and it was exceptionally comfortable. The location was perfect for us. Laura's directions and communication was very kind and helpful. Entry was smooth. Would so stay here again!!!

Julie’s place is amazing!!! Better than expected. College friend reunion. We really enjoyed the pool and the yoga studio and outdoor area. Julie is a delight!

This place was perfect for our family of 4. The beach is at the end of the block. Easy walk to the grocery store, Starbucks and several restaurants. The home was clean and uncluttered and also had little extras like books, board games and laundry detergent. We used the beach chairs provided each night to walk down to the beach and enjoy the sunset.

I was just about to give up on airBNB as I was disappointed with past rentals. This one though, was beautiful. Knives that really cut and other quality tools that worked well. Wonderful stove and oven. All the kitchen appliances I needed and in working order. All high quality. If I ever have to replace my stove and oven, I want a Frigidare Gallary! This place deserves guests who will maintain it. If you like quality and have respect for a home that you are "borrowing," this is for you. As far as Ventura goes, it is charming. A "find" for sure.

This was our second time staying here and we were very happy with our stay. This is a lovely home walking distance to the beach. Our family was comfortable and it has pretty much everything you need. The host is a great communicator and we would stay here again!

This property was our family's favourite in their entire trip to California. The place is exactly what it looks like. It's gorgeous, well-maintained and walking distance from the beach. It has plenty of amenities too. If you plan to cook your own food, you might have to drive a little or door dash your groceries. We really enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed the beautiful villa in Summerland. Was easy access to area highlights. Super clean and well described. Would come back again!

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at M’s place in the Venice Canals. So lovely and serene, such a good location. It’s within walking distance to Venice Beach and easy to get around LA via uber. Very safe area too, lots of dog walkers and people walking through the canals but quiet and peaceful at night. Inside was equally lovely with a large bathroom and comfortable bedding. Overall we would definitely recommend this stay 💚

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

Enjoyed this little sanctuary while on a business trip & visiting friends. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and I got great rest for all the fun and work I poured into a long weekend. Great for a quiet getaway!

This spot has everything you need and is close to Linden for great food at shops. It’s a short walk to the beach as well. We had a great stay!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

We've stayed here multiple times and plan do keep coming back! Incredible view and location for a reasonable price.

I had a fantastic stay at Tianna's place. It was exactly like the pictures, right on the main street with easy access to public transport to Santa Monica beach. Parking space was a big bonus. Tianna was extremely friendly and responsive, and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need, from complementary drinks and coffee, to toiletries. 10/10 would recommend.

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Eileen’s place is an absolute dream. Beautiful condo that is bright, clean, and comfortable. Steps away from a gorgeous beach and picturesque town! Eileen was super communicative and provided clear instructions. I’d love to visit again!

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Second time we’ve stayed in Cara’s place & loved it. The apartment literally has everything you could think of, the bed is comfy. The style is shabby chic & beautiful. We’ve been visiting Santa Monica every other year for the past 24 & weeks would always have this as our first choice. Thanks Cara & Lori Xx

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!
