We had a lovely stay, the house was just what we needed and really close to the beach. Sarah was quick to respond with the couple of questions we had. We would definitely recommend!

Our second stay at the Salt Shack and it didn't disappoint. We've loved long dog walks on the beach, sea swimming and fossil hunting! This is the prefect place as one of our party has a disability. 😊

This was our second stay. Everything was as nice as we remembered from our first visit. The flat is spacious and well-appointed, the location is private and quiet, and the hosts are friendly and responsive. What more could you ask for in an AirBnB?

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Beach Lodge. It was the perfect base for myself, my husband, our two young children and our dog to stay for a couple of days whilst enjoying the delights of West Wittering Beach and the surrounding area. The lodge is connected to the main house, where the owners live, but it felt very private as it has its own front door and a back gate which meant we could come and go as we pleased. It is located literally just a few minutes walk to the beach - so very convenient! The lodge also has its own private, enclosed garden which was perfect for the kids and the dog. Communication with Michelle and Jack was faultless. Ahead of our stay, Michelle sent recommendations of local places for dinners/lunches which were so helpful and we ate at a few and all were delicious. Thanks Michelle! Overall, we found Beach Lodge to be peaceful, comfortable and the perfect place for a short weekend away from London. We certainly hope to return again soon!

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. Really enjoyed our stay with our dog - who loved the paddock! So relaxing to just sit on the sofa, enjoy the outlook and watch the birds wizz about. Beautiful and peaceful location with wonderful local walks, especially down the lane towards West Ashling with its picturesque mill pond. On a Monday evening there's a wood fired pizza van at the Richmond Arms there, serving delicious pizzas. Bosham and West Wittering are easily reached by car and well worth a visit.

If cottages could win awards, this one would be Best in Show (and that’s not just the dog talking). We had a fantastic weekend getaway in this beautiful little gem — think charming country vibes meets spotless interiors. The location was spot-on: peaceful enough to unwind, but close enough to places worth exploring. The garden was a particular highlight — our dog gave it a five-paw rating and probably thinks we bought the place. The hosts were lovely, helpful, and full of great local tips. In short: beautiful place, brilliant hosts, and a four-legged paradise. Highly recommend — and we’ll definitely be back!

Lisa is a fantastic host. Very fast to respond and very friendly. We were kept up to date with everything ahead of arriving which made life easier. Lisa put up some balloons and bunting for my partners birthday which was lovely and there was also a hamper of goodies … plus, a pint of milk in the fridge to start us off. There were loads of towels available to use (bonus!) plus bedding and tea towels, washing up liquid, and coffee pods etc. The location is great too … minutes from town but the road outside is so quiet and peaceful.

Fantastic modern lodge, very well equipped with everything you would likely need, spacious and beautifully decorated throughout. Peaceful site, dog friendly (dogs to be kept on leads which is a huge plus) and we would 100% recommend a stay here. We will be back!

Lovely accommodation, in a good location and with plenty of amenities. the hosts were helpful and even helped us book the ferry tickets. We would definitely stay again.

Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

Stayed here for my 50th birthday for a girly weekend away. Beautiful little cottage with beautiful gardens surrounding the property. 5 star hosts. Very friendly and very informative. Obvious how much they love what they do. We had great fun in the games room. And the hot tub was a lovely treat and a well needed relaxation after we walked into Burley village and back. The food hamper was amazing with everything we needed or could want. Local supermarket not far away either. Lovely gift 🎁 from the hosts on arrival a bottle of wine and box of choccies. Yummy. Thank you very much. And finally getting to cuddle a 9 week old Bengal kitten who belonged to our hosts has to be the highlight of our weekend. He was beautiful and we nicknamed him Burley. Wish I could have taken him home. Highly recommend this beautiful little cottage and its amazing hosts. Thank you ladies I had an awesome 50th birthday 🎈 xxx

Really loved our stay. The lodge was immaculate and exactly as described. Pet friendly especially the enclosed veranda wrapping round the lodge. Wendy was lovely, greeting us upon arrival to ensure all was well and answer any questions. Well equipped in all rooms and extremely comfortable with lots of storage. We would definitely not hesitate to recommend or return. Thank you for a lovely stay x

The cabin at Cliff Cottage is a wonderful little retreat. Probably the highlight for us was the nature on the doorstep- we saw a number of red squirrels, woodpeckers, even a pheasant and its babies on our doorstep. The cabin was fantastic and the swimming pool was really fun. We'd definitely come back!

A great property for enjoying Ventnor from a secluded, quiet base with secure parking. A lovely walk into Ventnor along the coastal path (took about 20 minutes), also onto the Botanical gardens (c. 45-50 minute walk). So many great restaurants to chose from, although we stayed in and cooked one night. Kitchen very well stocked - two kitchens, in fact. Beds were comfortable; we weren't so keen on the pillows. Only thing we didn't like was the overwhelming chemicals smell when we first got there - decided it was the plug-in air freshener, so turned that off and opened the windows which sorted it. We were two couples so there was a good amount of space; we particularly enjoyed using the kitchen and sun room (didn't use dining room) and showers also good. Not there long enough to explore more of Bonchurch but seemed a lovely 'village', beautiful houses and so close to the sea. Great break for us all.

A perfect property for a quiet few days on the Isle of Wight. Apartment was well appointed, clean and as described.

This is our second stay at Longwood Edge and we loved it just as much the second time round. It’s a fabulous home in a great location. Really well laid out with everything you could possibly need. We absolutely love the open plan living space, it’s great for spending time with friends and family. The outside space is great too, a lovely spot for a drink and relaxing. It’s a peaceful location but only a few minutes drive from both Ventnor and Shanklin. I would definitely recommend it.

Carolyn, myself and mally the labrador had a great week , very peaceful, sitting on the patio watching the ships sail past. Bryce was very helpful, and lives on site , if a problem was to arise. The accommodation was spacious spotless and well equipped.

We loved our stay at Clarence House. The property was beautiful and the garden is lovely. The check in instructions were really clear. The apartment is really comfortable with everything that you need. The bed is really comfy and the bathroom is great. I would definitely recommend staying here and we will definitely be booking again in the future!

We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon
