Excellent place to stay. Patricia is an American living in Spain for 40 yrs - thus the best of both worlds. Spotless location, very accommodating and friendly. An entire room and living room to yourself so plenty of space . I came in June and NO A/C in the bedroom would be fine anytime outside of summer , but for me this one detail made the stay quite sweaty at nights :) A fan is over the bed which just moved warm air :) - all to say, something to consider about staying here in the summer. Apt on 8th floor w elevators, so luggage not an issue. Thank you, Patricia!

Mercedes es una persona excelente, muy atenta y considerada; siempre estuvo dispuesta a prestar ayuda y atenta a lo que yo necesitara. Recomiendo totalmente alojar en la casa de ella. Además me tocaron días de mucho calor en Madrid y el dpto. de Mercedes fue un oásis, sumamente fresco y cómodo, hay negocios para todo lo que necesites, incluidos algunos bares y café donde tomar algo o desayunar si lo quería hacer. Muy buena movilización a pocas cuadras y muy seguro regresar, incluso regresando muy tarde en la noche. Recomiendo totalmente alojar con Mercedes. Volvería cerrando los ojos a la casa de Mercedes si necesito regresar a Madrid. Mónica/de Estocolmo.

Estuve en casa de Carlos con unos amigos y solo puedo decir que un 15 de 10. Carlos en todo momento estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros y nuestras necesidades. La casa estaba impecable y con todas las comodidades que alguien pudiera necesitar, además, Carlos nos dejó algunos amenities de bienvenida los cuales son de agradecer. Nada más llegar, también nos explicó cómo movernos por el barrio y nos dejó un mapa con restaurante y lugares de interés. Sin lugar a dudas, de las mejores casas en la que me he hospedado y que, esperamos poder repetir en el futuro :-)

Es perfecto si no planeas estar dentro del alojamiento mucho tiempo durante el día. Es comodo y tiene todo lo que necesites para poder disfrutar tu estadía. Ivan está pendiente de lo que necesites responde rápido y es muy amable. La zona en la que se ubica es tranquila y accesible, tiene la estación de metro Rio Rosas muy cerca y la línea 1 del metro que conecta toda la ciudad pasa por ahí. Tiene muchos restaurantes cerca recomendados como Casa Pei o Mo de Movimiento. Disfrutamos nuestra estancia aquí.

Rafael es un gran anfitrión y una persona amable y cercana, muy recomendable. El alojamiento tal y como descrito. Nos explicó alternativas para llegar al alojamiento en transporte público y nos recibió a la llegada, a pesar del horario del vuelo. Nos mostró el apartamento, dónde podíamos encontrar todos los utensilios, etc. y un detalle que se agradece mucho es refrescos y agua en la nevera así como desayuno y café. La ubicación excelente puesto que íbamos a un evento en el Metropolitano. Si regresamos a Madrid, será nuestra primera opción si está disponible. Muchas gracias

Cristina's place was awesome! Safe, clean, excellent location, comfy bed, and close. I'd definitely stay there again.

From the start she was very helpful, giving clear instructions from the station to the door. Although she wasn’t confident to use English and my Spanish is minimal, she was very quick to use an app to explain the set up. I was only there for one night, which must have been an inconvenience for her, but she was very friendly, and provided the perfect breakfast. It was particularly hot in Madrid that week, but the room had an effective aircon unit, which helped.
