Renovated cottage (first floor rental)

Fully renovated old farmhouse in 2019, located on the outskirts of Ventalló. The afternoon farm and warehouse part is still in operation, and it's normal to see tractor movement on the other side of the garden. Guests have access to the 90 m2 apartment on the first floor by the exterior metal staircase. There are 2 rooms with double bed of 160cm, 1 room with two single beds, living room with sofa bed of 160cm, 2 full bathrooms and kitchen. The ground floor is the private area of the owners who are never there during the guest's stay. The pool, garden, and barbecue area are for guests' exclusive use. Children under 4 years old are not allowed as there are several spaces with stairs and the pool is not fenced. Parties are not allowed during the night.
