Cozy house at Moseidmoen in Vennesla. Walking distance to the stadium/football field, city center, shops, kiosk and street kitchen, walking distance to Hunsfos business park and to great fishing opportunities and swimming in Otra, bus option right outside the road. Our house is close to illuminated cross-country skiing trails and great hiking terrain such as Tømmerrenna. It is 25 min by car to Kristiansand Zoo and 20 min by car to Kristiansand city. The house also has a dog yard so It is perfectly possible to bring a dog. We have 3 double beds and a double inflatable bed that can either be placed in one of the bedrooms, possibly in the living room or basement room

This child-friendly one-man home has a large garden with playground equipment, possibility to grill and a large parking space. Inside there is the possibility to use the kitchen, two bathrooms with shower and bathtub, attic room with toys for the children. Four bedrooms (two of the rooms have a double bed, 1 has two cots, with toys for the children, and 1 bedroom that has the possibility to set up two adult travel beds, possibly a travel bed for baby, if needed. We live centrally in Øvrebø, 5 min walk to the store, close to bathing water, frisbee golf course, paddle track.

Welcome to our 280 sqm home over 2 floors. The 1st floor has a hallway, bathroom with shower and toilet, living room and kitchen, as well as a covered terrace that is perfect for barbecue. The 2nd floor consists of 4 large bedrooms (approx. 20 m²), bathroom with bathtub and shower, as well as an attic room. The zoo, Sørlandsenteret and Kristiansand city center are only 25 minutes away. We have a quiet and withdrawn tenant with a private entrance, as well as a cat that lives in the garage. There is a large courtyard with room for several cars.

From the house to Kristiansand city center, Aquarama, Dyreparken and Hamresanden it is about 25 minutes. The house is located on top of Vennesla, 5 min by car to the city center. The hiking trail "Mila" with freshwater swimming areas is located 200m from the house. There are basically 4 bedrooms, living room area on the 1st floor and cozy TV room on the 2nd floor.

From the house to Kvadraturen and the city beach (Kristiansand center), Aquarama, Sørlandssenteret, Dyreparken, Hamresanden and the harbor where the Color Line goes from it is about 25 minutes. The house is located at the top of Heptekjerr, a construction field 4 kilometers/5 minutes by car from Vennesla city center. The house was built in 2016, is modern and fits nicely for both one or two families.

About 3 km from the center of Vennesla with the swimming pool, shops, bakery, café, pharmacy and the cultural center, cinema and library. There are nice swimming opportunities in Vennesla and attractions such as the Tømmerenna and Setesdalsbanen are a short drive away. About 30 min from the Zoo and Sørlandssenteret 20 min from Kjevik and Hamresanden 40 km to rafting and climbing park on Evje, 25 minutes to Kristiansand Fiskebrygga.

Lovely, rich house with soul :) Lawn, terrace with plenty of space. Playground 50 m from the house. Train and bus nearby. Space for 3 cars in the yard. All appliances, washing machine, dryer, broadband, TV. All duvets and pillows are in the house, and bed linen can be rented for NOK 250 per bed and wash afterwards. Good experience with renting over many years. This is our home and we expect to find it in the same condition after rental. Welcome to sun and summer and Sørlandet;) Feel at home!

Vennesla has a diverse offer for all ages. After a 3 min drive you are in Vennesla city center which has shopping opportunities, cozy cafes and eateries. There are several fitness centers, a library, swimming pool, bathing areas, playgrounds and great hiking trails such as Tømmerrenna very close. Setesdalsbanen can also be found within 10 min. Kristiansand city center, Dyreparken, Hamresanden (great beach by the sea), Sørlandssenteret and Høyt og Lavt Klatrepark are between 20 and 30 min away.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has an undisturbed small south-facing terrace. If you want an adrenaline rush, it is about 40 min drive to rafting and climbing park on Evje, 25 minutes to bungee jumping in the gorge at Øvrebø, 25 min to the southern idyll at Fiskebrygga in Kr. Sand.
