The cottage is wonderful, divided into 2 spacious hospitable floors and with everything you need to feel at home during your stay. Direct access to the private garage and the possibility of using bicycles are a real treat. We were without a car and the bikes allowed us to move around easily for all three days. Antonella is always available for any questions you may have. Absolutely recommended to stay.

Bonjour, we had a great stay. We enjoyed the swimming pool, the air conditioning, the proximity to Sirmione which is a very beautiful town of Lake Gard, close to major roads. We recently stayed at Fair Garden located minutes away from the lake in Bardolino. The property was beautiful with lush landscaping surrounding the pool. Our apartment was perfect for the two of us and we took advantage of cooking many meals as the kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils needed. The family room/lounging area was very comfortable with a large couch that looked out onto the beautiful property. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed our own patio with trellis which had seating in addition to the lounge chairs located around the property. The apartment was also equipped with AC which was needed for the hot weather. We felt very comfortable here and truly enjoyed the property with beautiful sunsets and views of the lake. We would highly recommend this apartment and would definetely go back again. Our hosts Judith and Hugo were extremely friendly and accommodating to us.

We had the pleasure to stay in Romeo's beautiful house for a month and we couldn't be happier. We were met by his father who was very friendly and helpful. The house is extremely comfortable - split over 3 levels, there is plenty of space for both short & long stays. Two well equipped bathrooms and a large kitchen with everything you need make for an easy stay. There are 2 sitting rooms, both with large sofas. The beds are comfortable and the location is very quiet. The village of Arqua Petrarca is stunning, and the house is well positioned for easy walks through the winding streets of the village. We highly recommend Romeo's house if you are ever in northern Italy!

We had a great experience in a beautiful mountainous setting in a spacious and spotless fully equipped home with lovely farm animals around us especially Roger the friendly female goose who makes a great security guard. The host was friendly and pleasant. Would definitely recommend the house to other travellers wishing to visit the area.

My wife and I are very grateful to Francesca and Roberto for their hospitality. Due to family circumstances, we needed to find a housing for three months. It was not easy for us to find a housing through Airbnb for such a long period. We were very lucky to find Francesca's apartment, which became a real home for us, full of comfort and coziness. This apartment is located in a very beautiful, cozy and quiet place, surrounded by very friendly and nice neighbors! Thank you, Francesca, very much for the beautiful and cozy house! We had a great time staying in this great apartment! We highly recommend this apartment and their owners!

This is a marvellous place to stay when on Lido. It is located right next to the Excelcior hotel. Gloria is a friendly host and helpful. It is a comfortable apartment right next to the beaches and local shops. It is near the main road with regular buses to town to the vaporetti to Venice. The island is walkable and you can easily walk to and from the place to get to things in the locality. One of the best features is acess to a high rooftop terrace and an amazing panoramic view. Venice and the entire lagoon can be seen and it is not to be missed.

House on 3 floors (large upstairs bedrooms, air-conditioned), quiet, east of Lake Garda. Lots of amenities, it's convenient and warm. Great bedding. We feel the attachment of the hosts to their holiday home and their neighborhood. Proximity to neighbors who are friendly, and we were friendly too. Immersion in a small Italian street in short:). The garage is very wide and convenient. Going down at 800m there is a water park that the kids loved. This made it possible to escape the crowds of the lakefront, mid-August is terrible. We visited in the evenings, it was better that way. Olives and vines all around. Supermarket really not far away.

Great villa to explore Lessinia and the area around Verona and Lake Garda.

We were completely satisfied! Everything as described, some newly renovated, the space was sufficient, small note, because my children (8&12) are not used to this and refused (so it affected me😅) the bunk bed has no fall protection. We were very pleased with the flexible check-in/out, we were able to get in much earlier on request, we wanted to check out quite spontaneously earlier to drive back at night with the children, again no problems here! You should perhaps know that the very friendly landlady (mother) on site only speaks Italian, but with a translator app it was no problem, the landlords (daughter) on airbnb was always very accessible, very friendly and accommodating, helped us with all our inquiries! Surroundings very quiet during the week, beach almost empty, (we were there in early/mid-June) vacation start Italians then a little fuller, weekends good things going on. Everything within easy walking distance, delicious restaurants!

We immediately felt very comfortable! With 4 adults, 2 toddlers and a dog, we had enough space, the garden is great, the house is very well equipped and it is only 5 minutes to the beach! Highly recommended, we will be happy to come back :)

We’ve just returned from spending a few days at Marco’s. It was fabulous from start to end! It was a great base for us to explore and we were fortunate enough to have fantastic weather so after a morning of exploring it was great to relax and dip in the pool. It’s great having your own pool, this was my main reason for booking this, we had total privacy. The beds were so comfortable, it was spotlessly clean, all linen was fresh. Marco has literally thought of everything, it was so well equipped, you didn’t want for anything. I had a couple of questions for Marco and he was super quick to respond. If you are fortunate enough to book this place you will not be disappointed, we very much hope to go back one day. Thanks again Marco for being a fabulous host!

Top accommodation in a very good location. Host Bianca and Martin were mega. All the information in advance and proactive. Super quick response if there were any questions. The pizzeria "around the corner" is also amazing. Urital "Boazn" with a small selection of down-to-earth very tasty cuisine and pizzas. Also typical Italian breakfast. We are always happy to book again when we are in the area!

Beautiful, clean home close to amenities. Host was very kind, helpful and responsive. If you’re looking to stay in Venice I would definitely recommend staying here. My partner and I will definitely be back next time!
