We had a wonderful time and stay The host was amazing and very tentative If and when we come back we will definitely try to rebook with the same host and place to stay. Out host was very welcoming and answered each and every time we messaged which was very good to me being we were in totally different places and she made me not worry about anything upon our arrival.

Villa Esencia was absolutely perfect! Great beachfront location on Long Bay Beach. The water is stunning and so shallow that you can walk really far out without even getting waist deep. Our studio had everything we needed to cook meals, including storage containers and a backpack cooler. The private patio had a BBQ grill, table and chairs, as well as a lovely lounging area. From the patio, you are just steps away from a lovely quiet shared pool area. However, we seemed to be the only ones using to enjoy our morning coffee... so it felt very private. The property is less than 10 minutes to Grace Bay Beach and all of the restaurant options there. A short walk up the beach is The Shore Club, where we enjoyed lunch one afternoon at the Colonnade. Ritama, was so amazing and accommodating! She met us upon our arrival, and showed us around the property. It is gated, and felt very safe. We hope to return to Turks & Caicos again and would definitely stay at Villa Esencia! Thank you Ritama!

Turks and Caicos is stunning in itself but Nancy and her beautiful home made our experience in Turks even more incredible. Her apartment is even better in person and in the perfect location for a relaxing vacation! From sitting on the balcony watching the sunsets to watching movies in the gorgeous music -themed living room, we knew we made the right decision in staying at this apartment. Nancy was incredibly proactive and responsive and even stopped by to say hello. She had a cold bottle of Prosecco and beers waiting for us when we arrived. My teenage boys loved the location for the ease of getting to the many local restaurants and the beach. We would love to return to Turks and if we do, we will absolutely stay in this same apartment again. It has everything that you could ever need in a home away from home. And above all, Nancy is an outstanding host!

Brads place was a an ideal location for our stay in North Caicos. His co-host, Regine, sent us a lot of useful information in order to best prepare is for our stay. She also met us at the ferry dock and we followed her in our rental car to the property. Regine showed us around and gave us a brief orientation of the condo as well. The property itself is just as described and sits on a beautiful, secluded beach. We felt spoiled with the beauty that surrounded us and were sad to leave. The bedrooms were spacious with AC and beds were comfy. We especially enjoyed sitting in the living room with the screened patio door open so we could hear the sounds of the ocean. Don't hesitate to book of you're looking for a spot on North Caicos. You won't regret it.

Really enjoyed the condo! It’s a very calm complex with a lot of full time and seasonal residents, so it lacks a touristy feel. Also felt very safe. The beach was good enough and the pool was amazing, and it was very easy to drive everywhere on the island. We thought it was a wonderful value for the price paid too. Pamela was very sweet and welcoming as well. Overall extremely happy both with the property and the island as a whole!

The hosts were at home to help me check in even though I arrived early. Beautiful apartment with washer dryer and a full kitchen. Bed is so comfy and the shower has beautiful tiles and riverstone floors. The water deck right above the Chalk Sound and the cute gazebo are great place to appreciate nature and enjoy peace. Great restaurants nearby, so close to Taylor and Sapodilla beach.

Sophie was extremely responsive. She provided local restaurant recommendations. The place is a great value for the location.

Our stay at Flamingo’s Nest was phenomenal. This house is perfect for an island escape. The house is comfortable and well appointed. The beach is a stone’s throw away, less than a 2 minute stroll. It’s a fantastic beach and we had it almost entirely to ourselves— so different from the crowded beaches of Provo. There is a convenient store (KJs) about a 3 minute drive. North Caicos itself is amazing and worth the extra effort to get to. Everywhere we went we were just about the only visitors there. Can’t recommend both the island and the house enough.

My mom and I booked extremely last minute and were welcomed right away. The instructions were very clear and the house was easy to find. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The only downside was that we could not get the stove/ oven to turn on and weren’t able to cook the food we bought.

What a wonderful gem! The location is absolutely perfect! Description was spot on, a 1 minute walk to one of the prettiest beaches on the island! We are a family of 5 (3 kids age 8,9,12)…all the pool and beach toys and accommodations were perfect for a day at the beach (paddle board, wagon, chairs and umbrella)…there are a couple of beach bars and a restaurant at the other end of the beach, so you can walk down and grab drinks but walk back to the more private end of the beach. The house was great. Anything that popped up unexpectedly (example fire pit was out of propane) Amy was very quick to resolve. Kids all had their own space but we could cook and play game on the balconies as a family. Washer and dryer for laundry was used every day for kids stuff, which was very convenient. Plenty of beach towels for beach and pool days. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy TCI.

We stayed at this beautiful place for our honeymoon. It was the perfect private location with the pool and beach. We used the kayaks and paddle boards provided and enjoyed the beautiful Chalk Sound. My favorite beach, Sapodilla was just a 1 minute car ride / 5 min walk. We will stay here again!

We loved our stay at Daphny’s. It was a brand new home in a great location on Chalk Sound. Daphny and her team were ultra responsive and accommodating. We loved the kayaks and paddle boards for daily excursions across Chalk Sound. Sapodilla Beach and Taylor Beach were both close and beautiful. The entire south side seems to have an endless shelf with calm and warm water. The home has every convenience we wanted, plenty of towels, kitchen appliances, and bath products. Daphny even offered us a ride one morning when our rental was dead. There were TVs and AC in all bedrooms and the main room, and lots of welcome snacks and drinks. There is small construction next door, but not noisy at all, and the windows and sliders are super thick glass, so super quiet at night. We would definitely stay with Daphny again and highly recommend this house.

Had an AMAZING stay at Maresia Villa, will definitely be going back some time soon! The location is incredible, being away from the hotels and having privacy is huge for me and this checked all my boxes. It is off the beaten path but I personally love that when traveling - makes for more of an adventure! :) Def have a rental car when staying here - everything is a short drive away. Make sure to go jet skiing with Jonathan and take advantage of getting the fridge filled prior to arrival (so convenient)! The house itself was PRISTINE and beautifully designed. The views are unreal, highly recommend waking up to see the sunrise on the roof and staying home to watch the sunsets. I would have stayed another week if I could! Thank you so so much for an amazing stay and for being so responsive & kind!

Perfect spot for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids). The views were absolutely stunning. Short drive to food Las Brisas and Chalkies. Away from the crowded Grace Bay Area but still a short drive there. We kayaked out to the little islands and snorkeled around them. Some highlights: sunrises on the deck, sunsets at Taylor Bay, diving with Dive Provo, 7:00am turtle snorkeling (3 turtles!) at smiths reef, private chef that came to the villa (we had at least two additional meals of leftovers!), sting rays at Sapodilla, potcake place puppy walking, hiking and conch shell hunting at Bird Rock, and of course all the pool, kayak, and pavilion time! This was our second time at a property managed by Island Escapes and with our contact person Julian. He was very friendly and informative. Chalk sound is the best area to stay imo, you definitely need a car but driving/navigating is very easy. Can’t wait to come back!

Unit was very nice. Very clean, lots of space, plenty of linens. Pool very nice. Several great restaurants within easy walking distance. Grocery store 5-min drive. 10-15 min walk to Smith's Reef. Outdoor seating could be improved but didn't take away from our experience.

Beautiful, secluded. We would walk about 6 minutes to a more turquoise part of the private beach free of seaweed. We didn’t have a chance to try the on site restaurant or bar. Having a kitchen was nice to make our own breakfasts. Make sure to stop and buy your own sugar, cream, and coffee. Used coffee machine everyday. Very clean place. Comfy bed. Drawers for storage. Water was always hot even when two people showered at the same time. Ate at the Coralli at the Ritz Carlton for lunch right on the water and it was delicious. Also loved “farm” at Seven stars resort. Provali Neapolitan pizza is small but incredible!!! Host Jasmine was great and very responsive. The pool was never too busy and neither was the beach which we absolutely loved! Had the whole beach to ourselves most days! Also shopped at a local shop in Grace Bay called lemon 2 go and got some wonderful smelling perfumes and reed diffusers. Would definitely come back.

My husband and I stayed at Pamela and Paul's place for a week long stay and it was our first time visiting the island. The host was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Check in process was easy and the host provided detailed instructions on how to get to their place from the airport which was great. We wanted to be away from crowds so this place was perfect. The condo was clean, bed is very comfortable, pools are amazing, and beach in walking distance. The host provides a binder with local recommendations which was nice. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The view from the balcony is INCREDIBLE. I would recommend renting a car to explore this beautiful island. You are a short drive to just about everywhere but there are also plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We felt extremely safe here and LOVED everything about this place. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at the Grandview! The location was amazing, right on grace bay and a 2 minute walk to the grace bay club that has amazing restaurants! Easy drive to a grocery store and more restaurants. The Grandview is super family friendly and the condo is spacious, clean, quiet and has beautiful views of the ocean. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would love to return!

Excellent location if you want to get away from busy Provo. The cottage is located right on the beach and a two-beer walk from an awesome Beach side bar and restaurant named Barracuda. We ate here each night; great food, drinks, with a friendly bartender. Not sure how it occurs, but could watch the sunrise and sunset from the beach. Warm water, firm beach, easy to walk. The cottage was clean, simple and comfortable. The local host was responsive and provided excellent recommendations for day excursions. Toward the end of the stay, we didn't venture out but rather enjoyed our unique, private setting. Highly recommend late May as it is offseason. We would definitely return.

Just enjoyed another beautiful week at Ally’s condo, our second visit. As we expected it, was beautiful as last time and had every amenity that one could wish for, from Yeti’s to a cooler, ice maker, all the kitchen things you could need. We love sitting on the patio at night before we go out to dinner. Sadly the island has grown significantly over the last few years and it’s a shame the Hyatt had to build right next to Coral Gardens. The noise didn’t bother us and they were done by 5:45 every day. You could slightly hear it in the beach but it didn’t really matter. Ally kindly gives a discount for the construction. It didn’t take away from our trip my any means but you can’t stop progress whether it’s good or bad for tourists. The location is a lovely part of the beach with all the snorkeling you want. Close to restaurants as well. We had one minor issue and it was literally fixed immediately. Ally is a great host with a beautiful condo. I’d recommend to anyone and everone

The location is fantastic—quiet, scenic, and close to a couple of great local spots. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and we felt very relaxed the moment we arrived. Courtney was incredibly helpful and responsive in the lead-up to our trip, and once we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Molly, the property manager. Molly made everything seamless. We arranged for the fridge to be stocked before our arrival which was a great way to start the trip. We had a small issue with the car (a tail light wouldn’t turn off), and Molly had it taken care of promptly the next morning. The Yacht Club’s pool is beautiful and meticulously kept, and we really enjoyed meals at nearby Shark Bite and Baci—both were great and more reasonably priced than some of the Grace Bay spots. A close walk to the public beach (there is parking) and Smith's Reef as well. Rec. Sapodilla Beach for calm, shallow and gorgeous water. Highly recommend and can't wait for our next trip back!

I had the best time staying at Jeff’s place. The place was beautiful, as well as the pool and view of the marina. It also felt safe being in a gated area. This location was perfect - peaceful with access to great restaurants in walking distance, but also very close to grace bay and other areas of interest. The walk to the beach was both short and pretty. My mom and I enjoyed walking along the beach each morning with coffee. The place was very well stocked (kitchen, beach supplies). Jeff was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
