Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as their pet. Also a supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a radius of 100 meters. It is also suitable for business stays with a great wifi connection.

everything great! 10min from Maastricht. Securely fenced with a digital lock. Entire park with tiny houses and glamping. Everything is very nicely arranged with plants and lights. Private hot tub, with privacy screen. Easy check-in and check-out. We were out of season and it was very quiet. Beautiful accommodation as in the photos. We will be back.

I felt super comfortable in the cottage. Everything was sparkling clean and everything I needed was there. If something had been missing, Bernd would have gotten it for me at any time. The small garden was wonderful to relax in and not visible to other people. Bernd is a great host and very attentive to the well-being of his guests. I will be happy to come back. Check-in was great, the key was ready, which I personally always prefer. We felt very comfortable. Communication was flawless and possible at any time. With a dog, everything was no problem, even that he once barked, there was none and there is a large hallway for walking. Parking is right in front of the house, only the entrance and exit is a little tricky for people who are not used to it the first time. Otherwise, you can also mention for those who do not check on Google Maps beforehand that the property is located on a main country road. That means traffic and even roaming cars at night. Those who are sensitive should take earplugs with them. Otherwise, it is very quiet and relaxed. The property is also big enough for 3 people and a medium sized dog. There is a sofa and a double bed to sleep. And otherwise also roughly everything you need, if not you can write with Vivian and Julian at any time.
