High quality materials were used and the finish is in a modern / Industrial style with steel and woord but has kept its cosy character. A very nice modern design villa (± 190 m2)! 5 bedrooms with 2-person box springs and 3 folding beds. 3 bathrooms with sink, shower, 1 bath and toilet. And a separate toilet. A super nice kitchen (Bulthaup), with stove, microwave, oven, coffee maker, fridge and freezer and dishwasher. With a washing machine, dryer, iron and iron and ironing board. The villa is located on the water with a private jetty with canoe on a spacious plot (±750 m2). In the middle of nature. Near Veluwemeer, Harderwijk, Dolphinarium, Walibi, etc.

De keuken is voorzien van oven, koelkast, vriezer en vaatwasser. Met mooi weer kun je heerlijk in de tuin eten en relaxen. Op loopafstand van de Veluwe ligt ons bijzondere pand uit 1744 waar je heerlijk tot rust kan komen. Uniek is dat alle slaapkamers zijn uitgevoerd met eigen luxe badkamers. Ontzorgt genieten!

Cozy up with family or friends out and about... this is possible in this spacious vacation home. On the BG are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom in a separate wing. (On the 1st floor are the other 3 rooms separately with 2nd bathroom and toilet.) The kitchen is equipped with every comfort, such as; combi microwave, dishwasher and bean coffee machine. You never have to get bored because there is a beautiful Jacuzzi in the garden. There is also a Barrelsauna with an electric stove (5 euros/hr).

From the platforms you jump into the water, or you sail away with the supboard or the rowing boat! From the large kitchen you look over the water. With a staircase down you enter the living room where it is wonderful to live and you are on the ground floor with the water. A level below are the bathroom and bedrooms and you stand "eye to eye" with the water.
