Veluwe Nature House: Directly on the Crown Estate

From your nature cottage, you can walk or cycle directly into the woods or over the heathlands of this most beautiful place. Bicycles are free and maps are available. Spot wildlife (such as red deer) and visit the many museums and attractions nearby! It is absolutely quiet: no traffic or thoroughfare. Practical: * Check-in from 3 p.m., check-out 11 a.m. (later not possible due to cleaning). * A car is recommended (public transport is not optimal). We do everything we can to make your stay comfortable.

Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. One cozy bedroom plus an extra double bed/lounge in the front (a real bed with two quality mattresses, see pictures). In the middle of town, yet dreamy and quiet: look up from your bed into the crown of a tree 🌳, or enjoy stunning canal views from the steering cabin. Romantic, heated, spacious shepherd's hut with bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Cosy box-bed, comfortable couch, TV incl. Netflix and Amazon Prime. In Summer the (shared) pool can be used by guests. The jacuzzi can be booked separately for €30 per 2 h. All in the peaceful countryside with a view of storks in the season. All you need for the perfect getaway can be found here or in the area. The nature reserve Weerribben-Wieden is only 3 km away and Giethoorn a 20-min. drive. We have rental bikes.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Larix, a luxury forest cabin at 1hr from Amsterdam

A truly fairytale cabin. This cabin is situated on a small family estate (Dennenholt), in a beautiful forest, just outside a small village. The area is the largest nature area of north western Europe, called Veluwe, where you can get away from it all. The cabin is an old forest cabin turned into a comfortable suite. Due to its central location and easy access to the motorway network (6km), it is great for exploring The Netherlands (Utrecht, The Hague, Groningen, Amsterdam etc).

Welcome to Bed & Breakfast "De Fruitige Tuin" of Paul and Corry Hienkens. The B&B is located in Blokker: a small village in the province of Noord-Holland, located near the historic port cities of Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Behind our house (former farmhouse from 1834) is the B&B: a detached chalet (a high light space) located on the edge of the spacious garden. Zwiethouse is located on Klein Landgoed (1 ha), next to Soestdijk Palace and Drakensteyn Castle. From the house in the woods (located in privacy), beautiful views into nature! Many birds, including owls, squirrels, and you can regularly see deer! Walk/bike (for rent) through the Baarn woods, to the Soesterduinen, eat pancakes in Lage Vuursche, by bike boat to Spakenburg or shopping in Amsterdam, Amersfoort or Utrecht. Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Beautiful Airbnb in a rural area in the Veluwe. This lovely private cottage is located next to the owner's house. So you have the kingdom to yourself. There is space for two adults in a bedroom overlooking the forest. Relax by the fireplace, listen to the birds and the rustling trees. The bookcase is full of books and games. In the picturesque Voorthuizen, there is much to do, so besides tranquility there is plenty of entertainment to find in the area.
