The luxurious and stylish residence is located on the Berkel in the historic Hanseatic city of Zutphen. It is a wonderful base for exploring Zutphen and its surroundings all year round. It is only a few minutes' walk to the city. Zutphen is a beautiful city with many historic buildings with nice shops, museums and many restaurants. There are several hiking/cycling routes. So you can explore the IJssel/Berkel area, the forests or Veluwe. From the backyard, you can get on a paddleboard or in a canoe.

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Relax in this unique and fantastic split-level home: lots of light, space and cozy outdoor terraces. From the decking, you jump into the water, or you sail away with the paddle board or with the rowing boat! From the large kitchen, you can look out over the water. With a staircase down, you enter the living room where it is wonderful to spend time, and you are on the same floor as the water. One level down are the bathroom and bedrooms, and you are "face to face" with the water.

Das Häuschen ist umgeben von viel Natur und einem wunderschönen See mit Trauerweiden. Das A-Frame Haus bietet viel Privacy mit 2 Hektar Garten. Das Haus am See verfügt über ein helles Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche und ein Schlafzimmer. Unsere zwei schottischen Hochlandrinder stehen hinter unserem Häuschen und sind ein richtiges Highlight. Außerdem gibt es viele Vögel, Igel und Hasen im Garten. Auf der Terrasse steht Ihnen ein Bbq zur Verfügung excl. Gasflasche.

Excellent biking (bikes available!), hiking canoeing and swimming options. And after an active day relax in your private sauna :)

Guesthouse Madiba is located next to the largest deciduous forest in Europe. Very watery area 4-5 km (Veluwemeer and Wolderwijd) for a variety of water sports. In the park you can enjoy a swimming pool and tennis court. There is also the possibility of cycling or canoeing. Bicycles and canoes are available. Sfeervol tuinhuis in onze diepe groene achtertuin aan de rand van het centrum van Amersfoort. Buiten wc/douche ruimte, apart van het tuinhuis, alleen voor gebruik van onze gasten. Mogelijkheid tot gebruik van kajak(s) en/of fiets/tandem tijdens uw verblijf. Ontbijt opties zijn er volop in de buurt. Bijv. bij het Broodatelier, waar je heerlijk vers brood kan kopen, is op 2 minuten loopafstand. Vrij parkeren op 400 meter (van Almondestraat).

You will be staying in a former forge from + -1870 in a beautiful, historical and very quiet area. This "Smidse" has been converted into a modern, cozy, very complete and spacious home. Extremely suitable as a base for various natural or sporting excursions, or as your "home away from home" when you temporarily need a 2nd home. Outside is a modest terrace overlooking an old, uninhabited presbytery. Wonderfully quiet!
