Hier finden unsere Gäste einen Wohnraum mit integrierter Küche, Dusche+Waschtisch & Schlafraum. Das WC mit Waschbecken befindet sich separat im Appartement. Internetzugang (WIFI) & ein TV sind vorhanden.

Die hübsche Ferienwohnung mit Garten ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel befinden sich gleich um die Ecke. Die Karlsaue, Innenstadt und das Museumsviertel sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist 45qm groß, sie hat einen eigenen Eingang mit einer eigenen Terrasse und eine private Sauna. Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus auf der öffentlichen Straße genügend vorhanden und kostenlos. Im Garten können Fahrräder sicher und überdacht abgestellt werden.

Individually furnished holiday apartment on the ground floor of our beautiful half-timbered house. Double room, large single room, a small but cozy single room next to the kitchen and a small dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and fridge/freezer. We live on the 1st floor and are always available if you have any questions or problems. The garden can be shared. 7 min. walk to Ahnatal-Weimar train station.

Beautiful apartment with balcony in great location

Our cosy, elegant flat with balcony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Kassel. In very close proximity you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarktes. The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.
