Had a very peaceful and pleasant stay. The location is very private, away from the maddening crowd and noise, yet very close to needy establishments. Our stay at Dream View was absolutely magical! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the beautiful surroundings – lush green trees everywhere and delightful coffee plantations right at our doorstep. Being so close to the forest made it incredibly peaceful and truly felt like a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. One of the pleasant surprises was how excellent the WiFi was, which allowed us to stay connected when needed without any issues. But what truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Shyam bro. He is an incredibly wonderful and genuenly sweet person! Shyam went above and beyond, taking us to the best local restaurant, recommending fantastic places to explore, and was always incredibly responsive to any questions we had. His hospitality truly made us feel at home and welcomed. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be booking again on our next visit. The villa was exactly as the pictures represented it. The place was nice and homey and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped which made our stay very comfortable. The host was very helpful and responsive which made our stay even better. Overall, the place is well worth the money. I would gladly re-book the place if I am ever back at Kozhikode.

It was a great experience to stay in a tree house. It was my first time and I am not gonna get over this beautiful feeling of staying here anytime soon. There is calm river flowing right in front of the tree house. There is a beautiful farm where you can take a stroll and explore the various vegetation the family is taking care of. Mahima helped me set up a beautiful candle light dinner which definitely helped me to have one of the most beautiful experiences so far. Highly recommended. Please go and enjoy the hospitality.

Caretaker Akhil will make your trip memorable by staying in constant touch so that you will enjoy holidays hassle free This place is as it's described . This amazing property has beautiful swimming pool to rejuvenate after day's sightseeing . Water is crystal clear. Also peaceful surroundings makes this places great in value. Also food ordered through tie up restaurant was of good quality for both veg & non veg members as we were 12 guests . This is best location for family trip i must say to enjoy .Akhil is a good host & we will definitely come here again .

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was just perfect — the setting, the view, and especially the pool, which was definitely the highlight for us. Roy, the caretaker, was wonderful and did everything we asked for. Though we had a bit of a language barrier since he speaks only Malayalam, Google Translate came to the rescue and it all worked out smoothly. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa nestled in nature. The property is surrounded by lush greenery and even has a charming little stream flowing through it, which adds to the serene vibe. The villa itself is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the host, Mr. Shine. He was extremely friendly, responsive, and always just a call away for anything we needed. His hospitality really enhanced our overall experience. The villa doesn’t have air conditioning, but thanks to the pleasant weather, it didn’t feel uncomfortable—though it did get a bit warm during the afternoons (we visited in May). Also, there’s a CCTV camera installed at the outer boundary facing the swimming pool, which slightly impacts the privacy for couples and could be reconsidered. The location is excellent with adventure parks, viewpoints, and tea gardens all nearby. The view from the property includes a stunning mountain backdrop.

Travelled to Edriz with a group of friends. Friendly and sweet staff, they ensured that we were comfortable throughout our stay. Amidst the nature, it's a beautiful space with a lot of creativity at every corner of the property. They also have swimming pool to chill and relax. Best place to pull an all nighter and party with a big group! Also, shoutout to the Cook who spoilt us with food that was finger licking good!

The place is absolutely beautiful. There are so many elements in the property like multiple seating areas, ponds, barbecue place, that add to the experience. We stayed here with our 4 doggos and they had a lot of space to run and play around in the property. They had the best time! The help and her daughter who maintain the property are very sweet and ensured the rooms and kitchen were clean and they really did a great job. Regional breakfast like idli, appam and all was provided and it was good. They only speak Malyalam but we could still manage to understand some bits :D. The host is very proactive and responsive. During our stay in the first week of January 2025, everything was exactly as described. The host and his assistant, Vijay, were both wonderful and welcoming. The property is located 1.6 kilometers from the main road and is close to the well-known milk producer in the area. The rooms were clean, neat, and equipped with all the essentials, including toothpaste and soap. Every morning, Vijay prepared a delicious breakfast, and his friendly, humble, and helpful nature made the experience even more enjoyable. Throughout our stay, we felt well cared for, and they were attentive to our needs. Their restaurant recommendations were also spot on! We did experience a couple of minor issues with hot water and drainage in Room #2, but these were addressed promptly. I’m confident that these concerns will be permanently resolved for future guests.
