Awesome property there with Romanzia village Homestay , very huge property and awesome service just feels like home back to village. I recommend Everyone to come and have a glimpse of nature in it raw form plus the swimming pool and many activities like swing made it feels like premium subscription of heaven . Highly recommend!!

We Visited the Place for a short stay of 2 Nights. The Villa is located in an exotic location surrounded by greenery of tea garden and mountain ranges around the property. The Host Pavithra and her team were cordial to help us and helped us with our needs during our stay. The Place might be slightly far from major View points in Wayanad, but offers a perfect getaway into serene natural beauty of Kerala.

At first, we were a bit skeptical while booking this property as the photos didn’t look very convincing, but we went ahead with it as we didn’t have many options. I must say that the photos don’t do justice to the property. Ranjith and Joby have got all the bases covered. Beautiful location, private place, extremely clean and well maintained. Even though the property is in the midst of nature, it still has all the modern amenities required. The plunge pool is great too. We saw a lot of rare birds like Flame-throated bulbuls, black-naped monarch, Asian emerald dove, hornbills and many more in the property itself. Just for that reason alone we will be visiting this place again. The caretakers Ali and his wife Sajna along with their daughter Nejla make the guests feel welcome and often stretch themselves to cater to the needs of the guests. Simple home cooked meals can be served at the property at a very affordable price if the guests want. Definitely visiting again.

We were hosted by Amal Dev and he was an excellent host, he arranged/provided us with food, car, groceries, etc. He showed us around the place, helped us with our itinerary and more than he was needed to for our short trip. If you are lucky and get hosted by Amal, your stay will be worth every penny here!

Fantastic. Marvellous. Mind blowing. We stayed with Bala, Mini for 2 days and they made our trip truly magical! Right from the time I booked, the communication was super smooth. The moment we checked into the beautiful home and met our hosts we were blown away by the warmth and hospitality. We have stayed in Airbnb's across US , Europe and Asia, and I have to say that staying with Bala and Mini was one of our best Airbnb experiences. Their home is ultra luxurious, calm, serene and has mind boggling scenic views of the beautiful mountains and the vast green expanse from all sides. Their home cooked meals are extremely delicious and served with love and generosity. We used to look forward to our meals here! Bala's mother also stays with them, and meeting her was our great fortune as she is a very inspiring lady and served us food lovingly. Mini's food is the best food we had on our trip to south India. Bala and Mini were kind enough to take us to their local temple and introduce us to the priest and also accompany us to the local bazaar for the things we wanted to buy. Actually me and my family are at a loss of words to completely express the joy we felt during our stay with Bala, Mini and amma. We have learnt from them on how to be hospitable to guests. A 5 star experience that I highly recommend! A trip to Kerala just to stay with this amazing family and experience their hospitality and culture will be worhtwhile. Thank you Bala, Mini and Amma. You made our trip so magical and memorable

one of the best property to be in wayanad . it surrounded by scenic hilly tea gardens and had the best ammenties. Raseel and his team were truely professional and didn't interrupt us even once. we enjoy all the ammenties,including the pool, the karaoke system , and we truly had a great time . special thanks to the chef , who prepared really amazing dishes , specially liked the stew curry for breakfast with appam. one suggestion to guest will be to inform them on the items in advance so that they can get it . it's a must visit place and we will surely visit again

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was clean, and very well-maintained. The cottage was tidy and equipped with all the essentials including bedsheets, toiletries, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention to the caretaker who was extremely helpful and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our time there. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable place in Wayanad!

We had a great stay at Soman's place. It is a cozy space with all essential amenities included, located in a small farm which makes for an interesting walk with Soman. The overall location is also decent (~10 kms from Sultan Bathery, and reasonable eating options, chemist, general provisions etc. at the nearby junction ~500m away - special shout-out to Mina's Food Court!). Soman was very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast he served up was typical of Keralite households - felt very much at home! Being a local, he had in-depth insight on the tourist attractions nearby and helped us plan the limited time we had available in Wayanad. Staying in the midst of a lush, green farm, he gave us a heads up on Do's/ Don'ts for a comfortable stay - which was quite thoughtful of him. If we had some more time we would have liked to have had some more interactions with Soman himself - I'm sure there is potential for interesting conversations there :-)

We had a very comfortable 3-night stay at this peaceful and nature-surrounded retreat in Wayanad. The location was calm and serene—perfect for anyone looking to unwind in the lap of nature. The local cuisine served for both breakfast and dinner was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced—a must-try! The place was cozy, exceptionally neat and clean, and the hospitality was top-notch. Nishad Sir, our host, was incredibly humble and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. One of the major highlights was the beautifully maintained garden—it’s a paradise for plant lovers. Overall, a highly recommended stay if you're planning to visit Wayanad. It’s also conveniently located, not too far from major attractions.

Host was responsive, proactive and kind. home was easy to find. checkin went smooth. the home is close the the kalpetta city. surrounded by various trees and plants. quite neighborhood. was kind of the Mr. Ismail to make us coffee once we reach the home. the home has good wifi network , clean home. overall definitely recommend the place. will look forward to get back to Mr. Ismail's home when visiting wayanad again.

The property is very beautiful and has a peaceful surroundings. Pronoy is very helpful not with the stay at the property but also for the stay in the city in general. Except for the very narrow leans to get to the property, everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

The place is at the centre of all the spots that we wanted to cover around Wayanad. Be it Banasura dam, Chembra trek, Edekkal caves, Soochipara falls. Also it has nearby Petrol pump, since we used 2-wheeler to roam around and good restaurants in the vicinity. The caretaker was very helpful and provided us with necessary instructions to travel around. The place is exactly what is described in the photos. We had some issues with the wifi, but caretaker was helpful in resolving this. Overall it was a great stay.

it is a great villa located in peaceful area. The host Adish was extremely helpful and communicated very well. He can arrange almost everything you need for your trip in Wayanad, starting from travel arrangements to food arrangements. The caretaker Faarish was always available to help with anything. You'll also find most of the utensils you need available in the kitchen.

Pramod was really kind and helpful. The accomodation was nice and pleasant. Complimentary breakfast was prepared at home and served hot.. Highly recommended!!

We were a group of 10 people, stayed at the villa for 1 night. The place was neat and clean, and looked exactly like the photos. The host was friendly, responsive and helpful. The host allowed us to check in quite early (7am), hassle free and without any extra cost. He also helped us arrange food and book transportation for our visit. Great experience, would recommend the place.
