Sojenica Nirvana is located on the right bank of the Bojana River, about a hundred meters upstream from the bridge. The big beach is a five-minute drive away, restaurants are less than a five-minute walk away. It is suitable for 6 guests, on the ground floor there is a sofa that can be opened, on the first floors there are two rooms, one with a large French bed, while in the other there are two separate beds. It has a kitchen inside the building, as well as an open kitchen that is on the terrace above the water. The property has drinking water from the water supply.

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Its filled with olive trees, downstairs there are fresh vegetables, and some beautiful chickens that you can feed and play with, if you like.

The house is old but reconstructed in the years 2002-2008. It has architectural value since it has been preserved without damage because reconstruction interventions are done with care. The house is undependable and has two rooms on the ground floor one of which has and wood-fired chimney and a small bathroom.The distance from the towns of Shkodra and Lezha is about 23 km. In the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom that offers all the services.

Newly renovated apartment in a recently built building, located on the 9th floor with an elevator. Very close to the pedestrian area and bus station. Safe and always lit area, served by numerous shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is 35 m², the double bed overlooks the balcony with city view towards the northern mountains, the living area with sofa bed and Smart TV, compact but equipped kitchenette and personal bathroom.
