We couldn’t have asked for a better base during our short trip, the space was beautiful, cosy and homely. Kate was lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful and the views from the top of your private garden are amazing. I could not recommend Kate and her property enough. Thank you

A beautiful location and outlook. The cottage was very comfortable and well thought through, we had a lovely stay.

Elaine was a wonderful host - she was delightful herself and a joy to chat with. Her place was lovely - in the hillside, where you could hear the birds chirping. With ample parking, it was out of town but a 5 minute drive from the nearest shop. 2 beautiful bedrooms and a perfectly sized living area. It had everything you need for a stay, and it was exceptionally clean. Next year when we come back to Hay Festival I will almost certainly try and book with Elaine again. We didn't want to leave! We had a lovely stay at the Chapel, it was the perfect base for our visits to the Hay-on-Wye Festival. A sympathetic and tasteful conversion has resulted in a bright, spacious and very comfortable accommodation. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Basic grocery items provided were a thoughtful touch. Anne’s responses were always swift and friendly. I would recommend the Chapel for anyone visiting the area.
