Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Veliki Pijesak Beach

Prachtig verblijf! Er zijn 3 appartementen en de eigenares woont op het gelijkvloers. Deze is zeer discreet waardoor als je geluk hebt en de andere twee appartementen niet verhuurd zijn, je het gevoel hebt dat je alleen bent en ook het zwembad helemaal voor jezelf hebt! Echt een topverblijf!

Zeljka and Peter were welcoming. Our maps took us to the wrong place and they were helpful. Top tip - use google maps. Only one that gets you there. Accommodation was spotless and comfortable. Beautiful views. Have your fitness legs on because if you’re walking down to the beach it’s all up hill back. Would stay again if in the area. Thankyou! 100% recommended.

We highly recommend staying here! Milunka and Christian were fantastic hosts and made us feel right at home. Not only is the property beautifully situated with exceptional views from the roof garden, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool is great and sharing it with other guests was never a problem. Our apartment was very private, under beautiful kiwi and orange trees. They have created a wonderful place here above the hustle and bustle of the beach. A lot of thought has gone into making this place special and their attention and care towards the guests was remarkable. Thank you both!

Branka is a friendly and accomodating hostess. She's supported by her daughter Nina, who managed all communication in English perfectly. I do recommend this place if calmness and distance to cities is preferred. There is a bus stop at the main road, like 15Min afar. But motorized vehicle is recommended, except you really love walking and don't mind seeking small trails and carrying your groceries uphill. To Sutomore it's 40Min of walking, partially along a beautiful promenade. To Bar exists a small trail along the mountain. (With nice spots for sunset) Everything was as described, as well as clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped. But having the stove at the veranda, far from the sink of the kitchen inside the house, can be a disadvantage. But still i enjoyed preparing my meals. The bed is comfortable, i slept well. Highlight have been the fruits and the juice Branka shared. First time in my life i saw Kiwis on a plant. Luckily ready to harvest during my visit :) Thank you!

Everything was perfect, very good located, just 5 min walk to everything, vew on the castle, perfectly clean, the price was fair, highly recommended 👍🏻

Жили в апартаментах две недели. Две отдельные комнаты, отдельная кухня, санузел и большой прекрасный балкон. В соседнем здании есть магазин (очень удобно), до пляжа не более 10 минут пешком даже с детьми. К пляжу есть дорога через частный сектор, не обязательно идти вдоль дороги) В апартаментах есть все необходимое: белье, посуда, полотенца. За две недели мы ни разу не включали кондиционер, потому что солнце светит только на закате и квартира не перегревается. А на балконе очень красиво как раз смотреть на этот закат и море и ужинать! Хозяева очень отзывчивые! Всегда на связи и всегда готовы помочь!

Dragana was friendly, responsive and even allowed flexibility with check in/out which was greatly appreciated. Apartment was clean and matched the photos and description. Great location and beautiful swimming beach right across the road. Free parking across the road is an added bonus. We will definitely return.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein, denn der Ausblick ist einfach wunderbar. Alle Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Zoran und seine Mutter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er brachte uns, zu unserer Überraschung, sogar ein Osterkörbchen vorbei.

Niezapomniane wakacje. To miejsce dedykowane jest dla osób ceniących sobie kontakt z naturą. Cisza , spokój, z tarasu słuchać tylko szum morza i koncert cykad. Takich spektakli zachodów słońca nie widziałam nigdzie. Do naszej dyspozycji był również ogród, gdzie owoce (winogrona, kiwi, granaty, grejpfruty) jedliśmy do woli. W bliskiej okolicy super restauracje oraz sklepy. Do najblizszego dużego miasta 10 km. Na najwyższą ocenę zasługuje Rasim. Niesamowity gospodarz. Na moje fanaberie (typu dodatkowe przykrycie czy żelazko ) reagował błyskawicznie. Miałam parę pytań na tematy zwiazane z inwestycją w Czarnogórze, przyjechał, bez interesownie, poświcając swój prywatny czas kolejnego dnia. Miejsce jak i gospodarza polecam nie w 100 a 200 %

I highly recommend this apartment. The large balcony has a fantastic view of the bay of Budva and it's a quick walk down the hill to the old town and Mogren breach. The apartment itself was very clean and has plenty of space with three double bedrooms. The host was very helpful throughout our stay.

Марина очень хороший, отзывчивый и при этом ненавязчивый хозяин. В аппартаментах просторная светлая гостинная с великолепным видом и верандными окнами. Есть всё, что нужно для проживания. Жаль что нет собственного открытого балкона, но на территории есть общий дворик и общие балконы, и в хорошую погоду можно открыть окна в гостинногй. Рассчитывайте свои силы, чтобы подниматься от набережной - пожилым родителям это иногда было сложно.

Jelena was very hospitable and helpful. She allowed us to check-in early due to an early flight. My 2 year old had a wild time at the large garden and wonderful orchards. The house was the right size and kitchen had all that was needed for family cooking. The house had air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom which was amazing in the August heat. The area around the house is absolutely stunning. Though roads are very tricky, so not great for access through public transport or for inexperienced drivers. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to visit again.

A great place to stay, the host was super helpful in any questions we had and flexible with check in times. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony and everything you need in the area. It’s roughly a 30min walk to the Old town and a 15-20min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property

Проживали вчетвером 6 дней в прекрасном просторном доме . Хозяин дома Стефан встретил нас у автостанции и любезно довез до дома. Дом нас очень впечатлил, все фото соответствуют описанию. Красивый декор на стенах, прекрасная терасса, на территории есть мангальная зона и растущий виноград. Очень дружелюбная соседка и милые котики в округе. Тихий район и прекрасный вид на горы и море. Учитывайте, что к дому ведёт дорога в гору, что может быть проблемой для пожилых. Но нам это не доставляло трудностей. Поблизости автостанция и Ж.Д. вокзал. До моря примерно 10 минут ходьбы. К сожалению, на третий день пропал Wi-Fi. Стефан обещал уладить эту проблему, однако проблема не была устранена. Возможно, что в этом не была вина хозяина. В целом, мы остались очень довольны проживанием в доме Стефана. Рядом с автовокзалом находятся 2 продуктовых магазина (Voli, Franca) и небольшой рынок. Могу порекомендовать кафе Kafana Kuzina, там достаточно низкие цены и вкусно.

Our stay in Albert's house was fantastic. The house is right in the middle of the Old Town, and being amongst the old buildings and narrow passages our room stayed a comfortable temperature even on hot days. Albert and his family were very generous, and always helpful. The balcony had incredible views down to the sea. I would recommend to other guests to ask Albert for advice on where to park near to the Old Town.

Отдыхали 12 дней, очень понравилось! Дружелюбные и отзывчивые хозяева, подскажут и помогут! Хорошо говорят на английском, так же понимают на русском на ура! Отличный вид квартиры, удобное местоположение - до пляжа идти 6-7 минут. Рядом старый город, не шумно, что очень важно! Однозначно рекомендую выбирать это место - если вы хотите посетить городу Будва! Милые и добрые хозяева Игорь и Весна отличные и гостеприимные хозяева! ♥️😊

Nice apartment in a modern house. Location might look a bit far from old town or beaches, but it's not: only 10-15 minutes by foot. Goran was friendly and responded quickly. The shower head was a bit leaking, however this wasn't a problem for me.

Spent about 2 weeks at this place and both the apartment and the location were great. Jelena is a great host always willing to help!

Recomendable el piso de Lea. Ella y su familia fueron super agradables con nosotros. Lea es una persona muy comunicativa en todo momento pendiente y respondía rápido.

We had a great stay! Ranko was very quick to respond to messages, and in person we communicated with his father, a very kind and polite man. Huge thanks for allowing us early check-in and late check-out, - it was super convenient for us :) The apartment looks just like in the photos: floor-to-ceiling windows and a sea view. As stated in the listing, there’s no washing machine in the apartment, but there is a shared one in the building. We didn’t use it, but it’s great that it’s available. The house is located on a hill, so you’ll have to walk uphill a bit but the view from the apartment is totally worth it. The nearest grocery store is about a 10-minute walk away, and the beach is 10–15 minutes on foot as well. Thank you again for the hospitality — we’ll definitely come back!

I stayed at Sava's studio and it was a great option for my vacation. The accommodation was exactly as in the photos, I would say that in real life everything is better and bigger + a large balcony. The room has all the basic necessities for cooking, also an iron, a hair dryer, a washing machine! There is a large grocery store nearby, and a small one 24/7. The main beach is 15 minutes' walk away, very convenient. There are also restaurants and cafes for every taste near the accommodation. I definitely recommend Sava's accommodation, and I will be happy to stay with him next time! Thank you so much! 🌟

The apartment is very nice and clean with a large balcony. It is fully equipped with everything we needed, i.e. washing machine, kitchen, air condoning, etc. It only a few minutes walk to the beach and the center of Petrovac. The bus station is also very close nearby. Ilija is a very friendly host. I lost my mobile phone at a previous accommodation in Biogradsga Gora National Park. He organized a transport for my phone, so that I got it back during my vacation. Check-In and Check-Out was very uncomplicated as Ilija was very flexible.

Staying at Elvir’s Airbnb was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Elvir was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!
