Wszystko zgodne z opisem pani Erji pomocna bardzo miła i uczynna w każdym pomieszczeń klimatyzacja czysta pościel i ręczniki kuchnia wspólna w niej brak jedynie klimatyzacji ale otrzymaliśmy wiatrak dojście do plaża i sklepów 10 minut spacerkiem ,do dzikiej plaży ADA autem 5-10 minut .Właścicielka pomogła załatwić basen pobliskim hotelu dla dzieci 5 euro za cały dzień od osoby polecam

Dragan ואישתו המקסימה Mira קיבלו אותנו בהתראה ממש קצרה, מעכשיו לעכשיו. הגענו רק מאוחר בערב. הנסיעה הארוכה לבית היתה בחושך בדרכים צרות ומפותלות מאוד והגענו מותשות. מייד התקבלנו בחיוכים ובקבלת פנים חמה על ידי שניהם ושני הכלבים המתוקים שלהם, מזגו לנו שנאפס ושרי ביתיים להפיג את הלחץ מהנסיעה הארוכה, ואבטיח מתוק טעים וצונן, קבלת הפנים הנעימה ביותר שזכיתי לה בבית כלשהו. הוילה וסביבתה נראים כמו club med, הכל נקי בצורה יוצאת דופן, פורח ומטופח מאוד. אנשים לבביים ומקסימים, המליצו לנו גם על חוף ים ממש יפה במרחק שעה שאליו מגיעים רק מקומיים, מומלץ בחום (תשאלו אותם ) היינו שם רק ללילה אחד כי למחרת הכל היה מוזמן לצערנו, ממש לא רצינו לעזוב, נקווה שנגיע לשם שוב תודה רבה על הכל🤗

Дуже сподобалось перебування, без перебільшень💘 Хто шукає атмосферу, затишок, комфорт, СПОКІЙ за доступну ціну...це однозначно помешкання, локація в Sveti Stefan для Вас. Ми перебували з чоловіком в номері 10, там можливе розміщення і на 3 особи...одне ліжко велике двохмістне, комфортне і односпальне поруч. Кондиціонер в кімнаті працював відмінно, ми були в липні і він просто рятував 5/5 Декілька одиниць посуду, фен, новий чайник, невеличкий холодильник, який навіть дуже морозив і у нас завжди були прохолодні напої. Чудово омебльована, все що потрібно в кімнаті для зручностей, чисто👍👍👍 Також в номері своя власна ванна кімната(душ,туалет,туалетний папір, рідке мило,рушники)👌👍👍 І найголовніше, вихід на власний балкон, звідки просто неймовірний вид відкривається😍😍🙆‍♀️ Господарі люб'язні, відповідали на мої повідомлення перед відпочинком, допомогли з місцевим туристичним податком на місці...1€ за особу за ніч(обов'язкова плата в країні) Можна замовити сніданок за 8€ РЕКОМЕНДУЄМО♡

A little bit off the beaten track but nice and very quiet. We recommend to order breakfast from Ivan, the warm fresh milk is delicious! And then go for a boat trip with him. One thing I would like to point out: The beds are so very very much comfortable we slept 10 hours! And it is so quiet there. We can only recommend this place

Das Appartement war wunderschön, wie auf den Fotos. Die Aussicht auf Sveti Stefan und das Meer atemberaubend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war noch nicht alles fertig - z.B. kein Wifi, kein Frühstücksraum. Aber Gastgeber Murat hat für alles eine Lösung (kostenlose SIM-Karte, Frühstück aufs Zimmer - was sowieso viel schöner ist). Das Frühstück war jeden Tag ein grosser Genuss. Es gab täglich etwas anderes. Ganz besonders war die selbst gemachte Marmelade von der Gastgeberin. Unsere Motorräder konnten wir direkt vor den Haus abstellen. Zum Strand sind es ein paar Minuten durchs Dorf. Einzig die Lage an der viel befahrenen Umgehungsstrasse ist störend. Für die Nacht empfehlen wir Ohropax. Dann ist alles gut.

Zivko nos hizo la estancia muy agradable, nos hizo sentir como en casa, nos dio recomendaciones de playas inmejorables. El desayuno incluido en la estancia estupendo, y las cenas en el restaurante de 10. Nos traemos un grato recuerdo de nuestro anfitrión, generoso y buena persona. Seguro lo recomendaremos a amigos y familia.

Wspaniali Gospodarze, bardzo gościnni i pomocni. Ciepła rodzinna atmosfera. Odległość do plaży Tropicana (która bardzo polecam tym którzy cenią sobie ciszę i spokój) ok 15 minut spokojnym spacerem. Można również dojechać samochodem. Przy samej plaży ogromne parking bezpłatny. Jednak polecam dojście piesze ponieważ po południu ogromny korek samochodów wyjeżdzających z plazy. W okolicy wszystko czego potrzeba - piekarnia z pysznym i urozmaiconym asortymentem, sklepy spożywcze, stragany z warzywami i owocami -3 minuty od apartamentu. Gospodarze oferują w cenie pokoju śniadania - pyszne, świeżutkie (pieczywo, wędlina, warzywa, owoce, dla dzieci mleko płatki, nutella, ciasteczka). Pokój czysty klimatyzowany, świeża pościel i ręczniki. Dostęp do pralki, odkurzacza, żelazka. Bardzo cicha i spokojna cześć Ulcinij. Chętnie wrócimy i polecimy znajomym. Minusów brak :)

Sanela and her husband are excellent hosts, and very kind and supportive personalities; we spent nice days in their apartment. The apartment is well located, and very well equipped, much better then in the description on the website. We prefer uncrowded beaches, so Doni Stoj was also a very good choose for our Family.

I had a great stay at Amra's. I felt like home and I'd like to go back. Thank you!

Vielen, vielen Dank für die schönen Tage in deinem Apartment. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat an nichts gefehlt! Das Apartment war die ganze Zeit schön kühl und wir haben die Klimaanlage gar nicht gebraucht. Die beiden Pools sind sauber und eine gute Alternative zum Strand. Der wundervolle Strand ist ca. 10min zu Fuß entfernt und der Fußweg lohnt sich! In der Anlage ist es wunderbar ruhig, der Supermarkt und ein Obst- und Gemüsestand direkt neben der Anlage. Der Fußweg vom Strand und die Treppen halten schön fit 😀 Du bist ein perfekter Gastgeber und hast alle unsere Anfragen sofort beantwortet. Vielen Dank, wir empfehlen dich auf jeden Fall weiter!

This place is absolutely stunning! Karin and her husband were so kind to my girlfriends and I. Karin is a true Wonder Woman, she does it all! Her husband was also kind enough to give us tips on where to eat in town and how to best get around. The rooms were clean and the views were THE BEST you'll get in Ulcinj. We also loved that there were robes for everyone upon arrival. In addition, from the space, you can walk down to the restaurant which also connects to the pool. We loved the food at the restaurant and the coffee in the morning and the ease of using accessing the pool. Helpful tip - this Airbnb is the penthouse of Hotel Fryeburg.

The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The place was clean and convenient to explore the city center and marina. The view of the mountains with the morning sun was lovely. We will be back and would recommend others to stay at any place hosted by Almira and Andrija.

L'appartement fais partie de l’hôtel du même nom, avec tous les services qui vont avec. Il n'y a effectivement pas de vue sur la terrasse, mais ce n'est pas vraiment un problème. je recommande

Nice and cozy place. Great location

We stayed four nights in Palata Venezia and had a great time here. The appartment was well-spaced with very elegant, luxurios interior and had a great view to the sea. It was'nt so easy to cook, because the were'nt to much equipment in the kitchen, but you can reach a lot of restaurants easiely in the near neighboorhood and the internal restaurant serves delicious, fresh food with a perfect service. The stuff was very friendly and accommodating.

We loved staying at Jelena's place, it's clean, beautiful, and in a great location! Jelena is very nice and helpful! I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing place with great attention to detail. The room was very clean, and the property was incredibly well-maintained. Andjela was attentive and responded quickly, and her brother helped us with everything at the villa. There were a few minor issues, but I'm sure they will be taken care of. Thank you!
