Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

The apartment is as seen in the photos: comfortable, well-equipped, clean and very well located. The area is quiet, ideal for resting, and at the same time it has everything nearby: subway, supermarkets, bakeries and several shops. Excellent connectivity to get around the city. The host was very friendly from the start, with clear and quick communication. He was also very flexible with the schedules, which is very appreciated. A very pleasant stay, I would definitely come back.

Johanna greeted us, showed us the apartment and explained how everything worked. Very kind, even took extra time to talk to us, we got to know each other a little, super good vibes. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, our stay was for 3 people, my partner and my 21-year-old daughter. It's the perfect size and 4 people can fit in comfortably. With a large balcony to be outside, and to hang clothes. Everything works very well. Equipped with the basics of a kitchen to be able to make your meals. Located in the heart of Villa Devoto, less than a block from the square. The neighborhood and building are super safe. The neighbors were very nice, we didn't have a problem. The bed was very comfortable. It had towels, soaps, detergents. We felt right at home! Highly recommended! Simply spectacular!!! Maria Laura is a genius! From the first moment she was super attentive to any query, in anything we needed she gave much more than 100%, the check-in and check-out had a flexibility that I will always be grateful, in terms of the apartment, just beautiful, it has everything you need, clean, with a beautiful terrace, we did not need anything, the location is unbeatable, you have the sub two blocks, and you can move around the city with ease, my expectations were already high and still managed to overcome them by a lot. I definitely recommend it, you don't have to look any further, when I return to the city this is definitely my first and only option, Thank you Maria! You're amazing!

Highly recommended! Mario's apartment is beautiful. It has all the amenities you need, and more! There is a playpen with a mattress and a high chair, we thought it was spectacular. We didn't use it, but I'm pregnant and we loved that they were so thoughtful. The garage is very useful. Very nice gym and indoor pool. The building in general is excellent. The host is always available. We'll be back! Thank you for everything.

By here family of 4, with two small children of 5 and 7... I was surprised by the kitchen equipment and the grill sector, the extra sheets in the rooms, the tender, the extra blankets, the black out, the storage space, the perchas... up to a basket for the dirty laundry (which with two children is very useful to have the washing machine by hand, functional and modern). My kids love bunk beds, so they slept alone because our room was next to it. Spotless mattresses and pillows. I could go on but I'm running out of characters. Communication is via BnB messaging, so make your inquiries in advance. They always respond and are very understanding. I'd come back without a doubt to take advantage of that grill... hopefully soon. Excellent location, the train is close, the square is beautiful! Accessible and easy to get to. Don't hesitate! Take advantage of this beautiful place.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

This place is perfect for stays near the Movistar Arena. The apartment is located three blocks from the stadium, in a very quiet neighborhood. It's on the ground floor, so it has an ideal patio to enjoy during the day. The place is spacious, well lit and has a garage ideal for small cars. The master bathroom is super spacious and also has a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. Communication with Maria was always very fluid, this is key for any questions that may arise during the stay. Although it is not an area that is known for having many bars or restaurants, a few blocks away you have the Los Bohemios bodega, which is a 10, and several cafes within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

The stay was very good, we spent a few pleasant days with the family, the apartment is very comfortable and cozy. The area is very quiet and nice, with movement in the center.

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups, in addition to being very well located and having everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and received us to check in, and we even arranged a late check-out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bed linen, as well as blackout curtains, difficult to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Anyway, great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth walking through the neighborhood until you reach Palermo Park. We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move luggage. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.
