With only a 10-minute walk to the beach, you can quickly get a cooling deep in the sea. The trip to the beach goes through the beautiful natural area “AP Møller Grund”, which in the summer is the perfect place for a picnic. The summerhouse exudes coziness-both inside and out. And on the rainy days, summer evenings can still be enjoyed outside, under the lovely covered terrace.

The cottage is about 20 sqm with a small kitchenette (stove 2 burners and refrigerator with small freezer compartment) bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, dining table, sofa and bunk bed with 120 cm down and an 80 cm bed up. The cottage is newly built and is located next to a private residence, has its own patio, with chairs and table, parasol, drying rack and private parking.

The house is 98 sqm and stylishly furnished with a living/dining room from which there is a clear view of the fjord. The living room has a built-in fireplace and the house contains four cosy bedrooms, a functional bathroom and separate well-equipped kitchen. From the wooden terrace there is a stair leading directly to the beach.

The house is secluded from the road, and in the summer when everything has blown out, it feels like being in the middle of the forest. In addition, you will have your own exit to Gilbjergstien, with direct access to the city and hiking trails along the sea. Leave your car. You won't need it anymore. The cottage is in walking distance to everything in Gilleleje. Enjoy the quiet evenings and watch the big ships sail by.

There is 1000 m to the nearest beach and 2 km to the nearest shopping.
