This is not a tourist rental. It is rented temporarily for work, teaching, or leisure purposes. Conveniently located in a well-connected area, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. It is close to museums, El Buen Retiro Park, Atocha Station, and the 203 Airport Express bus.

Welcome to our house in El Espinar, between Ávila, Segovia and Madrid, and very close to the most beautiful landscapes of the Sierra Norte. Recently renovated, it is a comfortable and quiet place, ideal for teleworking, spending a vacation or simply disconnecting for a few days. It has a large capacity barbecue, gas paella pan, jacuzzi, swimming pool, high-speed WiFi, work area, smart TV in the living room and bedroom, chillout with sofa and sun loungers.
