Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, fridge, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. With WiFi, TV and in the summer an air cooler. Deliciously soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately upon arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2 p.m. Check out before 10:00 . Parking is free with us on the driveway. So no parking fees! Our price includes tourist tax. If you want to be close to the beach, you have come to the right place! We live only 10 minutes by bike from the cleanest beach in the Netherlands. We are also close to the famous seaside resorts of Domburg and Zoutelande. You can enjoy cycling on the island of Walcheren on our rental bikes. Wonderful apartment in the heart of the city center

A new and fine luxury apartment in the center of Middelburg. Comfortable bed and bathroom, high finish level and style. The apartment is very well insulated and wonderfully cool in summer and cozy in winter. Private terrace with large table and nice morning sun. Everything is around the corner... breakfast, bakery, supermarket, shops, restaurants and all the old buildings. Car or motorbike parking in private courtyard. In the center of Middelburg is this apartment overlooking the iconic abbey tower. It has its own entrance and is located above our lunchroom, which is open from 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. The apartment is completely private and suitable for 4 people with the possibility of a 5th person. There is a bedroom with separate sink and built-in closets and two sleeping lofts with a height of 1.80 meters. This is ideal for children, but also suitable for (young) adults.
