This beautifully located detached vacation home has recently been newly and lovingly furnished and the outdoor area modernized. The house measures a living space of 90 square meters and is located on a 510 square meter property directly on the outer canal of the holiday park. Due to the hedge boundary to the neighbors on the side, you can enjoy your vacation very privately in the garden. The southwest-facing terrace offers plenty of space for relaxing sunbathing and fun barbecue evenings.

Everything you need for a pleasant stay is present including coffee, tea. Vielerveen is located in the municipality of Westerwolde. The ideal place for biking and hiking with lots of forest and hiking trails. The City of Westerwolde charges €1.40 a person a night. This has already been calculated in the total amount.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
