Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space by Kattegatt bike path with its own entrance, balcony to the west towards deciduous forest and private bathroom. The accommodation is about 1 km from a beautiful bike/walking path along the sea to Stråvalla beach/swimming area (about 3 km) with a kiosk (summer time), playground, parking and a large separate animal beach. The accommodation has a fridge, microwave, kettle, cups, porcelain, etc. (dishes are left to the host and exchanged for clean ones). Baby crib (up to 3 years) and high chair can be arranged on request.

Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. My place is right on the beach, in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the proximity to nature and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!

The cottage is secluded on a property with sea view and sun deck. Within five minutes walking distance, there are lovely swimming areas along beaches or cliffs. There are shops, restaurants, cafés and proximity to fishing, golf and hiking. The home is suitable for couples, individuals, and small families (maximum 3 people).
