Stunning oceanview, large private balcony, parking

Lovely and refurbished apartment with stunning sea view situated in a quiet apartment complex in the quiet part of Puerto Rico, Agua de la Perra. VV-approved. The apartment has free wifi, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom, living room and balcony. This and our other apartment, have the best location in the complex, the access is very easy; there are no stairs (unlike other apartments in the complex) and very close to the free parking, which is hard to find in Puerto Rico.

Updated flat near tourist area (now with bus stop)

Fantastic renovated flat very well connected to the south of the island and the airport (18 minutes and 11 minutes by car). Also, there's plenty free parking at the street and around it (there's a big open parking area 30 meters from the flat) Really easy to exit to the highway: one of the features of the flat is the location. Another great feature is the building: only two floors and one apartment per floor. No neighbours next to you! ** Update: new bus stop 50 meters from the apartment!!**

El edificio se encuentra dentro de una CALLE PRIVADA sin tráfico,de esta manera el descanso,relax y seguridad están garantizados. Estaréis en un ambiente muy tranquilo y familiar , a la vez cerca de la vida nocturna. El acceso a piscina es saliendo del apartamento y subiendo escaleras.

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.
