Very lovely and cozy apartment in the center of Tbilisi. The apartment is located just 7 minutes uphill walk from Rustavelli Avenue, and therefore has a beautiful view of the whole city. About a 10-minute-walk to both central Metro stations-Liberty square and Rustaveli. Bus stop, Opera house, Rustaveli theater, Georgian national museum, Galleria Tbilisi - a big mall with cafes, restaurants, markets, shops and many more are in a walking distance.

Very charming and authentic place. This apartment is for you if you want to feel like a Tbilisi-resident and not just a tourist. Be ware that the apartment is located in a lively neighbourhood, and there can be some noise during the evening/night. But it really all adds to the charm of the place, and nothing beats sitting on the balcony in the evening. Communication with Tsotne was great. Would recommend to anyone!

Bright and Cozy 1-Bedroom Escape B

apartment is incredibly cozy and much more spacious than I expected. Everything you might need is provided. The giant TV was a great bonus and perfect for relaxing after a day out. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and tranquility!- However, I want to mention one important detail for future guests. The front door is mechanical and requires a code to unlock. I assumed that if I locked the door from the inside, it could still be opened later using the code. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case — once locked from the inside, the code no longer worked to open it. As a result, another guest staying in a separate apartment in the building couldn’t get in, and their check-in was delayed by about an hour late at night. Please keep this in mind if you’re staying here Other than that, everything was great and I would definitely recommend the apartment.

We loved the apartment, high ceilings, beautiful furnishings, large windows, two bathrooms. it was a great place to come back to after exploring the city. I liked the neighborhood feel, close to Fabrika and a Japanese bakery. Levan was responsive!

We had a fantastic time in Tbilisi while staying at Vladas flat - would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again soon,

The house is very good and spacious. For 6 people is perfect. Very convenient to have 2 bathrooms. By taxi to the old city center less than 10 minutes. Nazifa is a very nice host. I allowed you to stay a couple of hours longer than the eviction policy. I was always in touch and responded quickly. Thank you so much.
