Loft is located in one of the most charming districts of old Tbilisi - Vera, on the top 12th floor, with a terrace, overlooking a breathtaking city view. A must visit Wine factory #1 with wide variety of bars and restaurants is minutes walk away The interior in Parisian boutique style is a work of a local award winning designer Floor to ceiling windows provide plenty of sunshine, natural light and beautiful views even from the shower:) but there are also heavy curtains for daytime dreamers:)

Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.
