Jean-Marc is an exceptional host! Very warm and attentive, he called me before my arrival to share all his good plans and tips to ensure that my stay went smoothly. Thanks to him, I was able to discover beautiful places around Lovagny and Annecy. The studio is perfectly optimized, clean, well-appointed and very pleasant to stay in. It is located in a quiet area, while being close to points of interest, and about 15-20 minutes from Annecy by car. I highly recommend this listing and thank Jean-Marc again for hosting us!

We came to Michel & Svetlana's to stay during the animation festival in Annecy. We were extremely well received, the accommodation is perfect as well as its location, which is easy to find (20 minutes from the city center), quiet and beautiful. we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little apartment. everything we needed was there, it was absolutely spotlessly clean and modern and very comfortable.
