Downtown is approximately 15 minutes away. ❤️🐈Note: Our cat, Mia, lives on the property, but she may be in the laundry room, where she has food available and her own door.

The apartment consists of two identical bedrooms, one bathroom and kitchen with living room. Underfloor heating in bathrooms and living areas. The apartment is partially renovated and has a garden with a terrace. In total there are prepared 2 150cm beds for four people.

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.
