We recently stayed at a delightful lake house in Plattsburgh to celebrate our son’s graduation from CUNY Plattsburgh. Our time there was truly special, as the tranquil atmosphere and beautiful lake views provided the perfect backdrop for our family gathering. The Boathouse was well-equipped with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities that made our time relaxing and enjoyable. The peacefulness of the lake allowed us to disconnect from our busy lives and fully immerse ourselves in this joyous occasion. Overall, our stay was a wonderful blend of celebration and serenity. We are looking forward to returning to this lovely retreat in the future!

Place has a beautiful scenery & outdoor lake patio. Nurtured spot in the woods worth visiting any season of the year. Jacques was pleasant to speak too and generous. would surely visit once again.

The chalet is spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. Our host was very welcoming, caring and quick to respond to any questions we had. Dan and Tiff’s home in Montebello was absolutely wonderful! The space was warm, cozy, and spotless — you can tell they put a lot of care into every detail. We felt right at home the moment we walked in. Everything was beautifully maintained, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect stay. The property itself is straight out of a dream... right on the lake, peaceful, and beautifully kept. I’ve stayed at a lot of places, but this one feels like home—and honestly, it's my dream home. Has such a lovely stay here. The hosts were very responsive and kind. It was so considerate of them to supply a stocked fridge/freezer and allowed me to hold my baggage there due to having an evening flight. Beautiful area and very convenient for transport into Downtown MTL. Very much reccomended.

This was the perfect snowy getaway we were looking for! The space was even larger then expected, clean, comfortable and very cozy. The views right on the lake were idyllic and we would definitely return here in the summer to take advantage of the water more! The hosts were welcoming and responsive while the space still felt private. Overall this was a peaceful weekend and we would recommend this spot for others to enjoy as well.

I had a wonderful stay at Beth’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. It felt like a true home away from home. Beth was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful with all the little touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was peaceful and conveniently located. Visited Montreal with the girlfriend for couple days. Marilyne's place was perfect. Not too far from downtown. Quiet, peaceful, clean. Perfect for a little getaway Would recommend to others.

The Bluebird cottage was a perfect place to stay for our weekend in St Albans! The weather wasn’t the greatest, but the brief views we got across the lake were stunning. MaryBeth was very helpful and informative. Would absolutely stay at the cabin again.

My girlfriend and I loved our time at Andrew's cottage. The interior has coziness and charm, with taxidermy, one-of-a-kind woodsy furnishings, and old board games. The hot tub is easy to use and feels luxurious. The pond is glorious. Kayaking was a treat. The indoor fireplace switches on and off but is designed to look like a real wood burning stove. The outdoor fire pit provides the pleasure of burning actual wood, and it was easy to start with kindling provided. The only advisory I would give is that there is a spiral staircase down to the first floor if you're sleeping upstairs in the bed and need to use the bathroom during the night. This didn't bother either of us, but might not be a perfect fit for everyone. Thank you, Andrew, for sharing your serene spot.

We had the most amazing stay at this charming lakefront cottage in Vermont! From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the peaceful setting, stunning lake views, and the cozy, well-appointed interior. The cottage was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated with rustic touches that made it feel both homey and special. We spent our days kayaking, fishing, and relaxing by the shore, and our evenings watching breathtaking sunsets and stargazing by the firepit. It truly felt like a little slice of heaven. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. This was one of the most peaceful and memorable trips we’ve had in a long time, and we’re already dreaming about coming back. Highly, highly recommend this special place to anyone looking to unwind and soak in the beauty of Vermont’s lakeside charm!

We held a retreat at this place and it was great for our purposes. There was plenty of room for all our attendees, lots of different spaces to work in, and a great relaxing environment. We especially appreciated the waterfront access and the great hot tub!
