En été vous pourrez bénéficier d'une terrasse avec barbecue. Il est situé à 2 minutes du lac. Les magasins grandes surfaces sont à 5 minutes ainsi que les transports en commun. A 10 minutes à pied de la Gare Cornavin. La proximité du Lac est un atout supplémentaire
