It is one of the most beautiful and pleasant experiences we've had in our travels. The house is wonderful—comfortable, well-designed, clean, and beautiful. The location is secluded and peaceful, with fresh mountain air, yet only a few minutes away from the mall and shopping centers. The host's attitude is very positive and welcoming, and the breakfast options provided by the host are a delightful surprise that will suit all tastes. We wholeheartedly recommend Casa Astrid; it is a truly special destination.

Proprietatea corespunde descrierii, este foarte bine încălzită și confortabilă. Locația este bună – lângă parc și la doar 3 minute de pârtie. Gazda este extrem de receptivă și amabilă, gata să ajute cu orice întrebare. Recomand cu încredere.

Mimo późnej pory przyjazdu zostałem przywitany przez gospodarzy i mimo bariery językowej poczułem się jak oczekiwany gość:) Na powitanie lokalny destylat, dzień później dostałem pyszne ciasto:) W domu bardzo ciepło, czysto, jest wszystko co trzeba, choć sama kuchnia raczej archaiczna. Nowoczesna łazienka z gorącą wodą. Bardzo przyjemna sypialnia na piętrze z komfortowym łóżkiem. Wygodny salon z telewizorem i ogrzewaniem podłogowym. Komfortowo i przede wszystkim bardzo cicho, jeżeli komuś nie przeszkadza szczekający pies czy pianie koguta. Pewnym problemem mogą być bardzo strome schody na piętro. Dom nie jest umieszczony w jakimś spektakularnym miejscu, jest wciśnięty miedzy inne domy. Bardzo miły pobyt, super odpoczynek, bardzo polecam.

★★★★★ A Dream Stay in Vatra Dornei! Our stay at Ionel’s beautiful holiday home was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, Ionel’s warm hospitality made us feel at home. He made the fire for us every morning and evening, ensuring we were always cozy. The house is incredibly spacious, featuring six large, comfortable bedrooms, a beautifully designed living room, and a charming traditional aesthetic. I especially appreciated the two bedrooms with desks, which gave me the perfect space to work with my laptop and monitor. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, so was the walk-in pantry. The outdoor BBQ gazebo was a dream—perfect for cooking and dining with family and friends. Ionel was also kind enough to let us bring our pup, who stayed warm in the entry hall. Every detail was thought out to make our stay exceptional. We truly can’t recommend this place and Ionel as a host enough. We’ll definitely be back!

Locatie superba. Gazda primitoare. Probabil cand ninge este un piesaj de poveste. Paturile foarte comode. Un mare plus pentru detalii: gasiti farfuri, pahare, tacamuri, cuptor, gratar, masina pentru cafea, cuptor microunde, cuptor clasic si o mare varietate de jocuri de societate. Sunt disponibile si boxe pentru muzica, masa de biliard, tenis de masa, loc de aruncat la cos pentru bascket, minge de fotbal ( am vazut si un teren de fotbal dar nu stiu daca e disponibil) gratarul este complet cu toate accesoriile.

This was one of the most relaxing experiences of my life. The garden is wonderful, Nora and her husband, Adrian, are amazing hosts (I felt like home) and they always took care of all our requests wholehartedly. I absolutely have to mention Nora's cooking which tasted like heaven. Her pâté, her mushroom stew, the cooked fish, the tasty sauces, the amazing pancakes and her homemade jams were something that I will never forget. If you decide to visit Nora and Adrian's traditional house please say hi to Oscar for me (he is the sweetest Labrador and I will miss him dearly). Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Viorel and his wife are excellent hosts! They are kind, generous, and very responsive and hospitable. When we arrived, they had a delicious traditional Romanian meal waiting for us. The house had everything we needed, and is a great location for seeing the Painted Monastaries of Bucovina. I highly recommend staying at Viorel’s house!

We rented the place as a group of 7 and had an amazing weekend. In terms of cleanliness, the cabin is very well maintained, with fresh towels and comfortable beds. It offers a nice and cozy living room with a large TV with Netflix and a place to play board games along with a kitchen equipped with a cooking stove, dish washing machine and fridge. The entire place is really well layed out and designed - inside and outside, with small details scattered all around. We’ve also really enjoyed the awesome outside hot tub, fireplace and grill. The area is quiet with crisp mountain air and a view of the entire Vatra Dornei city/valley. If you’re looking for stuff to do nearby, the sky lift is really close, there is a bike rental shop at a 15 minutes walk towards the city center and Lidl or Kaufland at around 10-20 minutes. We would go back there anytime. Thank you for welcoming us into such a lovely and cozy cabin!

Aura made us feel very welcome. We were a group of 10, with children, everyone with different needs and questions, which Aura answered promptly. It’s worth knowing the cabin is on a busy main national road, giving it great access to the whole area; the traffic sound is audible from the property. The cabin is situated next to a car demolition site, with shells of old cars, and construction works are taking place on the fields on top and below the house. So the beautifully designed building is not as remote and tranquil as it might appear from the photographs, which was a little disappointing. However, the cabin has great bbq facilities, jacuzzi and sauna. We were particularly thankful for Aura sending someone to turn the wood heating system on late in the evening, when the children were cold. The children were also super excited at Aura’s generosity sending local delicacies for breakfast.

Cuvintele sunt sărace sa pot descrie aceasta locație, bine amplasata, cu vedere fabuloasa a lacului! Am stat două nopți dar ne a plăcut fiecare minut. D na Elena ne a întâmpinat și ne a dat detalii despre împrejurimi și restaurante. Atât casa cât și foișorul sunt spațioase, curate și utilate cu tot ce ai nevoie. Un mare plus, ciubarul, vine sa completeze frumosul tablou. Ne dorim sa revenim, poate toamna în ruginiu sau în albul zăpezii în această oaza de liniște și frumos!

The host is really a communicative and nice person. The place is clean and cozy, but it is a cabin that covers the basic needs only, just like shown in pictures. The view is amazing.

Very quiet area, perfect for relaxing in the nature with the family. Marius is a great host who welcomed us on arrival and always checked if we need anything. The hot tub is available and Marius will assist with preparing everything for you, even the fire. The kitchen and the rest of the house is fully equipped and you have everything necessary for BBQ. Bonus, we received home made sweets and a cat was there to welcome us as well! Will definitely recommend and we will be back!

Ideală pentru un weekend in familie. Curtea este imensă și poți găsi oriunde un loc de relaxare. Horațiu este prietenos și mereu gata să ajute.

The location is wonderfull, peacefull and the host was extremely responsive and respectfull. Very friendly and chatty. I warmly recomend it and we definetly come back in future.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful and full of charm, and the garden was a true highlight—thoughtfully designed with so many interesting details that showed how much love and care went into it. The location was perfect: peaceful, calm, and surrounded by greenery, with lots of trees and open grass. It was the ideal setting for a relaxing getaway. We really enjoyed every moment and would happily come back!

Second time we stay here, everything is exactly and described and the area around is amazing and chill. we will definitely come back❤️

Am mers cu un grup de 8 persoane iar Teodor a fost foarte amabil,mereu a încercat să ne facă șederea mai frumoasă.Cabana este foarte frumoasă,într-un loc izolat ca din poveste,împânzit de natură.Locul este mai greu de găsit întrucât nu este trecut pe google Maps însă Teodor vă va îndruma dacă aveți nevoie de ajutor.Curățenie imaculată,dotată cu centrală termică,terasă,curte mare,grătar, cabana poate găzdui cu ușurintă 8 persoane.Tacâmurile nu lipsesc la fel și condimente precum sare,piper,tigăie si oale.Cuptorul si aragazul sunt perfect funcționale si in stare foarte bună. Chiar recomand și ne vom mai întoarce cu drag.

Оставались тут на одну ночь, очень жаль , что у нас не было больше времени насладиться этим прекрасным местом. Очень чисто, аккуратно, видно, что хозяин заботится о каждом мелком нюансе. Атмосфера внутри - волшебная 😍 Особое спасибо хозяйке - очень доброжелательная , внимательная и отзывчивая . Всегда была на связи, помогала с любыми вопросами и создавала ощущение полного комфорта.

Nice and cozy place, with good location and a nice view from balcony. New and clean apartment, with easy access and parking spots. The owner was very friendly and ready to respond to all our questions. Definitely can recommend this place.

Cabana a fost foarte curata, localizata langa un lac mic artificial. Langa cabana este un restaurant, iar la nici 4km sunt Cheile Moara Dracului- un loc superb!

Kedves fogadtatás, segítőkész emberek. Szállás tiszta, nagyon jól felszerelt. Nyugodt és csendes környék. Ajánljuk előszeretettel azoknak, akik vágynak természetes, békés és csendes pihenésre, továbbá azoknak akik a környéken lévő gyönyörű természeti csodákat bejárnák.

The host was amazingly friendly and greet us with food and a local liquor and at the check out give us a local souvenir. The place is very well located in an amazingly quiet area and you can see the mountains from the balcony and living area. You had everything you need it in the cabin and the outdoor area is great for warm season . If you like hiking you have a few medium and easy walks near by. I will recommend to everyone who likes mountains, peace and nature to search for Allegro Cabin and his great host Catalin .
