Lounge on a hillside terrace with sea views as the refreshing sea breeze is flowing all day long. In the evening air carries the scent of jasmine and honeysuckle. A serene atmosphere continues indoors with potted plants, elegant built-in furnishings, and tasteful decor in muted earth tones. Lighting and other details complete the serenity. The house has an airy relaxed ambiance, combining modern architecture with traditional elements. You can enjoy high quality materials, high ceilings, playful light and fine linen. A bluetooth speaker is available to enjoy your favourite music from your computer. Bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso coffee machine is provided. A built stone BBQ is available for use. For the colder months, there is a pellet stove along with electric blankets that give it a warm feeling. You have access to our own home grown vegetable garden, according to the season of course. I am available at all times for any assistance required. Though the island of Ithaki is small, it has many hidden treasures. It is my pleasure to help you explore them. Any holiday related services, like rentals or bookings can be arranged upon request. Ithaki island is a quite and rather intimate place with lots of treasures to discover. The house is in the village of Ag. Saranta, a traditional settlement in the northern part, overlooking Afales Bay. The beach nearby with amazing water is 5 min drive away. The village of Stavros, with all amenities, and the fishing village of Frikes are both 1.5 kilometers away. Unfortunately, there is no public transport in Ithaki. Hiring a car is highly advisable Access to Ithaki is via Cephalonia, Patra, Astakos and in the summer months from Lefkas as well.

Ithaca's Summer House

Out of season, the town is chilled & relaxing, in season busy & vibrant with its restaurants, shops and bars all buzzing, & its harbour full of yachts. You choose which version of Vathi to enjoy according to the time of year, both are lovely! The harbour is just two minutes away from Galazio's garden gate. Or it has its peaceful terrace with sea view, where you'll want to linger.

Bellezza cottage is a ground floor house of 55 sq.m. and can accommodate up to five people. It is located in Vathi, Ithaca, in an excellent location that provides amazing and unobstructed views from all its rooms to the natural bay, the sea and the surrounding villages. It has a 130 sq.m. paved courtyard with a dining area under the pergola and an outdoor lounge as well as a private BBQ. The private pool, measuring 3m x 4m and 1.40 meters deep, ensures moments of relaxation and tranquility.

Olive Garden

Spacious and convenient two-storey house with a great panoramic sea /port view, within walking distance to the town center. Private entry +110 square meter space, a living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed, 1 with 3 single beds and 1 large sofa /bed, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The house can accommodate up to seven visitors. All bedrooms and living room have air condition. Please enjoy your coffee, cocktail or meal at the two verandas with a breath taking view.

The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, kitchen-living room, bathroom and balcony. It is located just 400 meters from the central square of the island, at a point that is very quiet and with beautiful views of the natural harbor of Ithaca. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, the kitchen and livingroom, a bathroom and a balcony. It is located only 400 meters away from the main square, in a quiet place with beautiful view of the Vathy bay.

Villa Marika's Studio

A spacious lovely studio fully equipped with its own entrance, kitchen, small seating area, bathroom and storage space. It can accommodate from 1 up to 4 people. On street level but very quiet. Close to the town centre, sea front, bars & cafes. Guests under 6 years old do not pay (do not include them in the total number of guests when booking). With its own private garden, olive tree and two mulberry trees in front of the house to give you shade, every morning coffee in our Paplearo house is refreshing. Fully equipped with everything you need (wifi, air conditioning, washing machine, etc.) and only five a minutes walk from the central square of Vathy (close to supermarkets, cafes, taverns and souvenir shops), our house will offer you a worry-free stay!
