Fåsjön is located 250 meters below the house with the possibility of swimming at our jetty and there is a rowing boat and canoe at your disposal during the season. If you want to paddle further afield, we can drive you there. In the forest there are berries and mushrooms . Take evening time on the patio with evening sun or barbecue. Bike on MTB trails or beautiful small roads. Visit Pershyttan mining village, try hiking the Bergslagsleden. Småstadidyllen Nora is 15 km away with its sights.

Stay in your own little cottage on a living farm with cows, sheep, horses and many other animals just outside your cabin. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, a kitchen/living room and toilet with shower. Smålandstorps farm is located in Järnboås, 20 kilometers from Nora in Bergslagen. Close to forest and outdoors, MTB trails, nice swimming lakes and fishing lakes. In the spring, calves and lambs are born on the farm and you as a guest can get a visit to the animals.

In the centre of Lindesberg you will find this cosy attic apartment on a single side building on the 18th century farm Brotorpsgård. On the farm there is even access to a patio. Here, you're close to most things like the hospital, city center, and sports facilities. The apartment is 30 sqm, has a fully equipped kitchen, shower and toilet facilities. There are three beds (2x90cm, 1x120cm). Sheets are not included but can be rented on site if necessary. Free parking for one car is included.

Hyttan

The 160-year-old furnace in the heart of Bergslagen was used for the production of iron ore until the mid 50'. In 2010, the building was given new life and transformed from a ruin into an exclusive private residence in industrial romantic style. Enjoy the 16 meter ceiling height and a striking view of the river rushing by just outside the huge windows. On the site and in the surrounding forest, several ruins remain from the time when it was still a vibrant industry.

Here you are close to lots of nice activities such as golf course, Nora town, cozy café, mountain trail, swimming areas, etc. Or why not just hang around in the house and enjoy the garden, lake view, calm and quiet and with 2 minutes walk down to Norasjön and swimming areas. We can be flexible with check in and check out depending on other bookings, ask and we will take it from there!

If you are looking for a comfortable living in the middle of nature for you and your family, this is a nice choice. The accommodation includes one canoe that can fit 3 adults. Life jackets and paddles also included. Walking distance to the lake and river. Transport of canoe to other lakes can be arranged for a small fee.
