Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you live in a Scandinavian and well-planned accommodation of 30 sqm – perfect for those who want to be close to both the sea, the forest and the center of Gothenburg. You have the bike path right outside the door, and it only takes 20 minutes to walk to the beach and the archipelago. If you want to go into town, the express bus goes there in 15 minutes, or you can take the car in 10 minutes. Free parking on site. The house is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Fantastic house with beautiful sea view

Gröna Villan is a charming and tastefully renovated wooden villa from the 1920s, close to both the beach and the west coast's cliffs, but at the same time Gothenburg's city center is a few minutes away. The house's newly-built balconies bathe in light from early morning to sunset and here you can enjoy a fantastic view. Take the shuttle easily into the city center in a few minutes or stay and enjoy the villa's lush garden. Only a stone's throw away, you will also find both an outdoor area and Gothenburg's largest shopping center.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Fantastic 1-Bedroom Guest House with Loft

Stylish, modern, purpose built guest house. Its based in the western end of Gothenburg in Långedrag, a very nice residential area. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

The house is 170 square meters and newly renovated. A total of 4 bedrooms and the garden have a big lawn. The house is located in a quiet area, just 2,5km to swim in the ocean, 10km to Gothenburg city and 2 minutes walk to the bus. It's also possible to charge your electric car at the driveway. The outdoor room is easy to open up so you can dine there no matter the weather. Bedset and towels are included since nov 2024. The person making the booking must be at least 30 years old.

Welcome to the house's charming upper floor, where you arrive via a private entrance. The house has recently undergone an extensive renovation in a period style. This home is in the Kungsladugård, Majorna area. The park Slottsskogen is just nearby and in a few minutes you can reach Mariaplan where there are bars, restaurants and shops. It takes 15 minutes by tram to central Gothenburg. There are several grocery stores just a few blocks away.
