Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and vc. Air heat pump! Self outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Private parking space with space for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the friend and 12km by car to the main square Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat, you can leave it at the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

House 40 meters from lake Vänern. Completely renovated during 2018. A small boat can be used by the guest. (not during november-april due to ice) Equipped with all modern things like AC, fiber internet, etc. There is one double bed in the main bedroom. In the guest room there is 2 beds. An inflatable bed could be used if you need more beds. There is also a small guest house with a room. You can relax, take a swim or walk in the forest. It’s as relaxing during summer as during winter.

Lovely cottage. Located on a quiet road and by a lake. Everything was present! And the beds are very comfortable. The shower was also wonderful. Fun activities to do nearby. And don't be afraid of the train track. You won't be bothered by this!

Beautiful place, a dream stuga in a peaceful and quiet place. Very welcoming hosts and always available to provide any useful explanations. Impeccable cottage with a magnificent view of the lake. In addition, there is the possibility of using a boat, a canoe and a sauna with lake views. Our stay was relaxing and magical 🤩

I felt very comfortable at the place and could relax a lot! In the beautiful forest in front of the door you can easily find mushrooms for several meals! Only the reference to the "Scandinavian outdoor toilet" could have been a little more noticeable or visible in the pictures.
