Welcome to our little house located in Varzy, a pretty village in the Nivernais. The house is on the Compostela Way, close to the city center, close to shops, bakery, tobacco, and restaurants. The surrounding area offers nice walks. On the ground floor: 1 living room open to the kitchen, 1 toilet. Upstairs: 1 landing room with a sofa bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed + 2 nd bedroom with 140 cm bed on the mezzanine. Enclosed courtyard. Parking is available in front of the house.

Nestled in the heart of the village in the heart of the Nièvre countryside, our cottage offers you tranquility, walks to Mount Lidou and a south-facing terrace with a gentle and green view of the valley. You can enjoy a cold drink and breathe the invigorating air. You enter the kitchen and dining room on the ground floor, then bathroom, toilet on the left, and living room plus bedroom on the right.
