Spacious studio 36 m2 with large balcony and beautiful views. I have renovated my home in a way that it is kind of praise for finnishness: most of furnitures and decorative items are made in Finland. Excellent location: tram stop 300 m, bus stop 100 m and metro 700 m. Metro or bus to center 10 mins. The hipster Kallio area with restaurants etc in 5 mins walking distance. Quiet neighbors and neighborhood, so my home is not suitable for party animals. New shopping centre "Redi" in 15 mins.

Tämä on pohjoismaalainen koti joka on yksinkertaisen toimiva eikä sisällä mitään ylimääräistä tavaraa. Asunnossa on kaikki mitä tarvitsee ja vähän enemmän. Ilmastointi asennettu 06/2024. Nopea kuitukaapeli asennettu 11/2024. Huom talo on maalattu 2025 kesällä ja talon ulkoväri on muuttunut
