The villa is located in Husie and is close to Bulltoftapark which offers tennis courts, gym (indoor and outdoor), café, soccer fields and frisbee golf! A quiet area with bus connections to both the city center of Malmö and to Lund. Grocery store is 5 minutes away (walking distance). The bus that goes 1 minute away from the house takes you to the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 minutes (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). Your own place, quiet and nice with proximity to everything!

Buses run frequently and take you everywhere in under 15 minutes. The guest house has everything you need for your stay, a 32-inch TV with Chromecast, fast Wi-Fi, kitchenette, shower and bathroom.
