We had a lovely weekend at Frédéric's, the accommodation is perfect for a short stay by the sea. The immediate proximity to the beach and the outdoor terrace are real pluses for this accommodation, Everything was impeccable, we only used the queen bed and the mattresses were very comfortable. Frédéric is a very accommodating and friendly host, we will return to his home on occasion.

Hi The property was great for the 2 of us and as with us was ideal for motorcycles as it has underground secure parking with a lift opposite straight up to the apartment . 15-20 minute walk along the sea front into Cabourg . I would have liked normal beds but the fold down couches were also ok . I would stay there again .

I had a great stay in this cozy little apartment, very comfortable and has everything you need. The sea view is beautiful and the access to the boardwalk and the beach is a short walk away. The environment is quiet and very easy to park in the immediate vicinity of the building. In addition, Jeremy is welcoming and provides very clear instructions for the apartment. In short, I will be very happy to come back during a future stay in Cabourg.

Well decorated and pleasant apartment facing the sea. Absolutely impeccable! 👌 We had a great time at this beautiful place, very well maintained, with free parking at the foot of the residence. In addition, the apartment had everything we could need (and even more). All the conditions were met to make this stay our best experience in this region (where we come several times a year). This is the first time we felt like we were staying in an apartment where we could live (and not an apartment for rent with low-end equipment or missing items). Many thanks to the owners 😊

Marie's apartment was just great. You immediately feel comfortable - the complex was quiet and pleasant. The view is just incredible and you can reach the beach in a few minutes via the small staircase. For shopping (supermarket, bakery, etc.) you can walk about 15-20 minutes. Also to the restaurants. We will be happy to come back.
